Not a happy customer!

Not a happy customer! Brought my truck in because check engine light was on. They had my truck for 2 days a week later check engine light is back on! I paid a deductible just for the problem to continue.The temperature is below freezing and I can not even use my remote start ?

Jamie was pleasant.

Jamie was pleasant. Lounge area is comfortable and warm. Waited 1.5 hours for an inspection which did seem way too long for a morning appointment on a Tuesday.

I don?

I don?t think it?s right to charge for the gas when truck was on empty, then have to finance it, also heater control only lights up half took over a week to get an answer on it

Such a pleasure! Had a recall to be taken care of. From scheduling to resolution, top notch. The service department- Jamie and Rob- were super caring. Every single Dealer employee, including Mike Guindon, that I encountered were very friendly and engaging!
