Dropped of our '24 Crosstrek for its 15k mile service the

Dropped of our '24 Crosstrek for its 15k mile service the day before the appointment. They started the job that day and had it completed the next day way before it was scheduled to be finished. The video with the Service Tech is a nice feature. I was kept informed on the status of the car by Amanda on a regular basis.

I went to Subaru for my state inspection for my Hyundai

I went to Subaru for my state inspection for my Hyundai Tucson. Very nice person at counter made me feel comfortable. Waited in their waiting area which was a nice space to relax. I would definitely go back for another inspection in the future.

This was our second purchase in 2025 through John McLean.

Not a great experience even though my expectation were

Not a great experience even though my expectation were low going in. Novice sales individual playing the "ask my manager game" which is never appreciated. I should have listened to local advice and purchased from Oliver Subaru in Rutland.
