In December ‘18 I purchased a ‘18 Outback 3.6 Touring. That experience was a challenge, but Mike made it work thankfully. There was all kinds of headache.... Mike was a pleasure. Most recently John S called and left me 2 message about the issue below after I left a bad review. I called him back and dropped the call while chatting. I then called 2x more including a voicemail again today. This dealership LIED when I posted a review on google that was negative. They stated they called me and the whole thing was a “simple confusion”. THAT is a lie and they are again lying. >>Buyer beware!! Issue: July I reached out 4-5x via email to the sales consultant Russ. All about the glass coat claim process as sap basically ate through the clear coat. I was asking about how to make a claim. I then said I would drive an hour over to the dealership so they can view. Upon arrival he acted bothered, annoyed and was of NO help. He had no idea how to file a claim. Ultimately I had to figure it out myself. Point: they care about the SALE not the SERVICE. All facts.
Ian Findlay is the best salesperson around. Straightforward, honest, and he goes out of his way to help. He knows his profession as well as the cars he... sells, and carefully explains everything you need to know to make an informed decision. Brattleboro Subaru is fortunate to have him on their superb team - if you're in the market for a Subaru, see Ian - you'll be glad you did! We're long time Subaru owners, and if it weren't for a specific personal reason, we would have bought another new Forester. Nonetheless, Ian stands out and deserves special recognition. David

I needed my brakes done so I could go down and visit my dad?s grave with my brother. The Subaru dealership I bought my car from told me they would not... change my brake pads. Even under warranty. I needed another 8000 miles. Which would have put me over my allowed mileage for the warranty. I went to Brattleboro Subaru when they were busy and they still were able to fix my brakes. I made it to Connecticut safely and I owe it all to them. PS never buy a car from Dan O?Brien Subaru.

We shopped at three southern VT dealers for our Outback, and while they didn't have quite what we wanted (and couldn't quite give us the best price on... what they did have, which was still an excellent car and a fair price), they were far and away the finest service experience. Incredibly efficient, kind and friendly, never even approaching overbearing. Matt did everything in his means and kept on looking for true workable solutions to get our business in the best way. Big contrast with other dealers who did the classic making us wait around and feel like we were doing them a favor by buying their car. They just didn't have the right used car for the right price for us at that time, but I would send anyone there first.
