Don't go on pizza day
30000 miles and pistons go bad. Encore got fixed then didn't start. They told me I had bad gas. 1 month later out of the blue a computer update came and car starts like dream. Bad gas, I don't think so. Bought another car from a different dealership. Never again. Friday they were eating pizza and couldn,t care that I was there to pick up car

if you are looking for a place to get insulted ... this is the place to go ! The car I wanted to trade in was listed on autotrader (several car price examples) for anywhere from $10,000 to $14,000. They offered me $4000 . Kelly blue book trade in average is $7050

Never Again
Hands down the worst buying experience of my life, after helping my Neice purchase her first car, (which should have been a great experience). our salesperson was thoughtful and helpful; However, the Dealerships general manager needs to take a serious anger Management program. this guy was way out of bounds, highly unprofessional, flat out nasty. there are many other great Dealerships in WNY that won't treat you like crap. NEVER AGAIN!!
