Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - NY

They sold the car when I had an appointment to go and look at it. I would have appreciated notice.

I have been purchasing cars since 1992 at Fox Honda Dodge. I have purchased my last 2 cars through Justin Sedorus. He is a great sales guy. Fox has been very good to me and very reasonable. I will be purchasing another vehicle and will be returning to Fox Honda Dodge!!!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I brought my jeep there for a few minor concerns and they proceeded to tell me new brakes were going to cost me $1200, that I also needed new sparkplugs because they were wearing down ($800), along with additional random items totaling well over $4000 in work. I immediately knew this was BS as I knew most of the problems the car was having. I got a second opinion from a Dunn Tire down the street and the confirmed my suspicions. There is nothing wrong with the brakes, the spark plugs are in fine condition, and all in all, that dealership was trying to take advantage of us. I've been to a few different jeep dealerships and am just absolutely disgusted by the number of stories I've heard of Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM taking advantage of people and charging them for work that does not need to be done. Do NOT use this dealership for service.

I do not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Rude and nasty service. I had my truck less than 2 months and they refused to fix a minor problem, said it didn’t fall under “the lemon law”

In and out quick, staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting room was clean and safe, social distance was no problem.

No problem. I dropped the car off and left my cell phone number. I was notified when my car was done and picked it up a little later. A friend and I went out for lunch in the meantime. I was very satisfied.
