Used my GMC points

Service and sales department are friendly and helpful with using my GMC points to pay for an oil change. Thanks for a quick and professional experience.

Great service

Mike the order writer got me in right away to do a inspection for my sons first car. Tom the mechanic did a great job inspecting the vehicle and letting me know the only thing it needed was a tie-rod. He replaced it right away and the shop got it right in to do a wheel alignment. The shop even gave me updates on the progress. Great service.

The Oil Change crew at Graff Of Durand always are professional and courteous. Deffinalty would recommend. The oil change I received was quick and thorough.

Steer clear of Greg finateri he'll take advantage

My hubby wanted to trade in his lease, maybe even buy our truck and sell it. I live in Oakland County now, but my great uncle worked for hank graff for decades. I remembered the name on my grandparents car. On the license plate holder. Greg Finateri. My grandparents have been doing business with hank graff for decades. So I thought (incorrectly) he could be of some service. I thought he'd at least be friendly. I thought WRONG. My grandparents were Al and Mary Ann Honeck. They spent a LOT of money with Greg. Turns out, money they couldn't afford to spend. He gave them terrible advice on more than one occasion. Advice that would benefit him, and hurt my grandparents. It was my fault though, I should have remembered that. I should have remembered the sonic he sold my grandfather on a whim when he could barely fit into it. Oh, but it'll be good for the wife. Nope. Hated it. Then, he sold them these vehicles knowing they traded up every couple of years. Why not suggest a lease? IF you care for your loyal customers. He obviously doesn't. Don't spend your money with this guy. He doesn't care if he ruins you financially. Bc of all the vehicles they purchased then put the remaining balance on their house every time they got a new vehicle....they died owing 60k on the house they built in 1960. Save yourselves. Avoid Greg Finateri like the plague...or better yet, covid. He was rude, dismissive and called me by the wrong name. He called me Mrs. Honeck. How do you call someone by their name without asking what it is? And Mrs? How do I have the same married name as my maternal grandparents guy?

Great experience

No pressure sales. Steve Brown knows his stuff. The big thing is they do not have market adjustment pricing like a lot of other dealerships in this area.

Awesome customer service

Tee Davis made my lease process easy! She was always available for questions when needed and they helped me understand all the new features in my 2022 Trailblazer. Great customer service!!!

Don’t trust what they tell you!

I received a text message indicating I had 45 days to get a free oil change and tire rotation before it expired. I called Graff’s in Durand to verify the offer was valid, I was assured it was. Upon arriving the oil change crew informed it wasn’t a valid offer but they did change the oil as a courtesy but didn’t rotate the tires. When I bought the truck new, I was told they would give me $500 over a local dealer trade in value, they only gave me $250 after I arrived with check and paper work to complete the purchase. I felt pressured to just go through with the deal. That makes the second time I was told something and they didn’t live up to their word. There won’t be a third time!

Oil Change

I enjoyed the pick up and drop off service! My car was picked up and returned to me on time. The staff is very courteous.
