Service technicians are always polite and friendly.

Service technicians are always polite and friendly. In and out with no problems minus the two valve stem caps that weren’t put back on my tires after rotation.

Got a good deal.

Got a good deal. Was happy work service other than they had a truck for about 6 hours just to do an oil change and install new tires.

Nice place.

Nice place.people are nice. All things considered l got a fair price for the vehicle l bought Have to wait and see how they are about standing behind their cars in case something goes wrong with it.

Needed accessories installed.

Needed accessories installed. Should be one hr. Took 4 1/2 hrs, no apologies or empathy from the service guy, all straight faced and ultimately took care of my needs. I just expect a little more when that much time was spent and shouldn't of

Lol The dealership is wonderful.

Lol The dealership is wonderful. Enough I stop in and visit some of the friends I've made during my interactions there. These surveys on the other hand, are invasive and a bit annoying. I have 5 vehicles that are serviced regularly at Graff Durand. The onslaught of emails and text are a bit much after a while.

Sloppy oil change Oil was drained and drip onto the

Sloppy oil change Oil was drained and drip onto the frame. And then when I got home, it was dripping in my driveway. Also I can smell oil burning from it dripping on motor.
