Very pleased with the service I received at Zeigler,

Very pleased with the service I received at Zeigler, Mason Wade walked me through the entire buying process, which can be very trying at times. I will consider buying from them again when the need arises.

This was one of the best car purchasing experiences ever!

This was one of the best car purchasing experiences ever! Bill Meier walked me through every step of the process. My favorite part was that he had all of the paperwork ready by the time I arrived at the lot and they delivered the car to my house! Communicating through text was the most convenient thing! Thanks again!

Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell was great to work

Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell was great to work with. Very thorough, nice, responsive and was more than willing to help late in the day to get us taken care of with my new to me Bronco. My only complaint is nothing with him but I’m a little leery on the maintenance for the vehicle. Was told that a full tank of gas and fresh oil change would be done when I came back to pick up but 1/2 tank was in it and after only a week of having it (and putting less than 200 miles on it), I now have to make an appointment for an oil change and have the 20k mile maintenance done. Just felt that should have been all handled ahead of time. Like I said Bill great, I just think a lot of the backend vehicle checklist stuff leaves something to be desired.
