Car stalled on express way during test drive.
I went to test drive a car, the battery was dead. On the way back from the test drive, the car lost all engine power. Told the salesman, acted like he didnt believe me. Very Common problem with the paticular car. I researched it throughly. Told them if they fixed it, i would still buy it. Im guessing they will just try to sell it as is to someone unsuspecting. Typical used car sales. Would not recommend this dealership.

When ain't got my oil change tires rotated and Tucker got my sensor fixed on my left tire everything went great I was in and out couldn't ask for it any better

Great experience, simple process

My wife and I have had nothing but great service from the Al Serra Grand Blanc team. Brad is the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure to work with. His efficiency and professionalism have made our vehicle buying experiences all 10 stars. The service department has always met expectations.
Worst dealership service department
Had to wait 3+ weeks to make an appointment and then they held onto my truck for 2 days without even looking at it. The employee made comments about having to sue the warranty company they sell because they look for reasons to not cover parts. The service manager is rude and will tell you they don't do timelines there so please know you're dropped off your vehicle to incompetent people who don't know how to hold appointments but would be the first to complain if they were mistreated, disrespected or had their time wasted. After they take your 50k for a truck and 6k for a warranty you're absolutely useless to them unless they can have your vehicle for weeks on end
