I recently acquired a 2018 Kia.

I recently acquired a 2018 Kia. I reached out to the Kia service department trying to get information on any recalls or ignition issues regarding antitheft of this vehicle. It’s been over a week since I left the first message with the service manager no return call. It’s now three days since I left a message for the manager. You get one chance to make a good first impression. Kia not good. I will find another dealership Will never shop your facility.

Cameron was the perfect fit in terms of being the right

Cameron was the perfect fit in terms of being the right salesman to assist me with my vehicle purchase. Cameron answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the vehicle I wanted. The main thing I appreciated was that Cameron didn’t pressure me to add on any additional extras that I wasn’t interested in. Cameron was responsive and positive with all of my questions.

Nick Hittle was absolutely amazing to work with.

Nick Hittle was absolutely amazing to work with. He spent extra time making sure I got the very best deal. He even allowed me to use his personal vehicle when I brought the car back to get detailed. Such the sweetest guy. I appreciate him and all he did for me.

I am more than pleased with the outcome, service,

I am more than pleased with the outcome, service, professionalism I received when I had my 2016 Spark repaired om 12/19/2023. Kudos to Josh Foster, and all those I didn't meet for the excellent service. 2nd set of recommended Kudos to the service driver for door-to-door delivery to both my home, and then picking me up to get my car. It is the little things, and the BIG things that create Gratefulness that I have for ASAP.
