    Brought car in for a scheduled appointment and it was not even looked at until the following afternoon (and had to pay for loaner out of pocket). I was... told I had a bad starter and had to have it replaced. When I got my car back (3 days later!), it would not turn over. I was then told the battery was the problem -- after already paying for a new starter! Three days earlier they said the battery was not the problem and was fine. Manager (Cole Preville) was no help and simply offered to sell my old starter back to me. What a joke. Ineptitude at its finest- except for the cashiers, they are wonderful at swiping your credit card, of course.

    Its been a week since my purchase, and I want Scott G. to know I'm still HAPPY. A manager sat in the car with me. He didn't judge me & explained how the... lights & heat work. The finance dept. made me feel like I was hanging out with friends. Seriously, she was sharing knowledge. My credit score was embarrassing to me! The number I didn't have too worry about was the price. Al Serra gave me their best price up front!!! Scott & the finance dept. worked within MY budget. They listened & gave me options. Now I'm riding in a pretty 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Under cost & under warranty. Did I mention it was PRETTY?

    Very displeased with the service I had today from Jacob. He didn’t explain what was going on with my car and just sent me on my way. I had an oil... change one month ago and my car started running terribly and stalling on my way to work. I called Al Serra and they said they were going to keep my car over night to inspect it the next day and tell me exactly what is going on with it. I bought my car 4 months ago....I shouldn’t be told “you’ll most likely need a new engine” with no explanation as to why or why I was sold a car that already has issues. And sent on my way without it even being looked at. At the point where I would rather take a loss and go through another dealer.

    Took new truck in for oil change tire balance rotation 5000 miles total on truck now shakes at highway speeds. Call service department was told I... couldn't get it back in for couple days. I Would have thought bring it back and fix there mess up ASAP.

    Jason Fluery/ AlSerra Auto Plaza is a wonderful salesman. He was very patient and listened to every detail and searched until he found exactly what I... was looking for. He went over and beyond to make it happen! I appreciate all the hard work and extra time he put in to get the job done! I had a ton of fun working with him!! My experience was awesome! I'm so happy with my new ride! Way to go Jason! You Rock!

    Took truck in for recall and the service rep was very rude. Greg told me it wasn't his problem the rental company didn't have a car for me. I had to make... 2 trips to the dealer to drop truck off after they didn't have a car. Greg said he left 2 messages for me(which he didn't not do). I called him 2 times he never returned my call. I was told the repair would be 1 fay it took 3. On the 3rd day the rental company called saying I would be charged for car because I picked my truck up (which I did not do) so I called Greg he was VERY RUDE!! Told me that he couldn't help me but he could try to see if he could get car paid for. I was trying to tell that was what he was going to do because I was not paying for so he said I will let you talk to the service manager. I then talked to service manager Cole and he told me he could get car paid for if I got car there by 5 (I work until 5 so I had to explain that to him. ) He then told me that would work. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING. AND I'M IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW TRUCK.

    I've been a couple times for service but this last time my truck was hit and it was pretty bad they took excellent care of me and it was fast extremely... fast and it looks beautiful amazing both sides and back I couldn't be more impressed I would highly recommend them the people there are extremely helpful the service department in the body shop is amazing please do not let these other negative reviews affect your decision go try them for yourself

    I took my truck in Monday morning they didn’t even look at it until Thursday night and offered me no rental and charged me a lot of money to fix my truck... never letting my truck again bad service
