Very helpful with you choosing the right vehicle for you,

Very helpful with you choosing the right vehicle for you, I was looking for an upgrade from a ram 1500 to a 2500 and they helped me find the dream truck I fell in love with that fit me perfectly. Very nice people definitely recommend going if your trying to find the right vehicle that will fit you best, they are the place to go to for sure.

While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem,

While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem, the shifter needed replacement, but the problem came and went, making it difficult to isolate. Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime.

Jeep Wrangler 4XE are very fickle vehicles that do not

Jeep Wrangler 4XE are very fickle vehicles that do not work as intended in the New England climate. On a most recent service the oil change light was not turned of and I found out all 4 shocks were blown and defect and the vehicle would not pass it's safety inspection. Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems. Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value.

xxxxx to the wall amazing

Fantastic went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I ordered a vehicle and traded my current one in and everything was smooth quick and accurate. They were friendly and informative and even stayed late so that way I can get my truck home.

Worst experience!

Worst experience! Stay away from this dealership, trusted them on a used vehicle purchase. They did not disclose the problems the vehicle had until after we purchased. Now, another $1500 in repairs before we can use the vehicle.

Keene Chrysler. Our dealership for over 30 yrs.

Keene Chrysler has been our dealership for many years. Never disappointed with their sales department (Brian Zipps always goes the extra mile). Love our new Grand Cherokee. Service department is top notch. Jon Roe is the best mechanic in the county.

Awesome experience!

I have been in touch with salesman Tim for over a year or two. He didn't pressure me, and was very helpful when I committed, to purchase a vehicle. He was honest with my trade and I had different options. After thinking it over, and talking with family, I made a decision what choice I wanted , and Tim was very helpful. I was not looking forward to going into the store and purchase, because of past experience at other dealers. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this dealer and will go back when I need to purchase again!
