Dodge Durango Purchased. Our experience was excellent. Understandably, buying a car can be a stressful time. It's a large purchase, there are so many options, and sometimes it seems as though the sales persons are hurried to make a sale. Now toss in Covid. While we were initially feeling apprehensive about looking for a vehicle during this time, our buying experience with Keene CDJR was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. We initially wanted to look at a Jeep GC and after explaining our needs, Steve knew right away it wasn't the vehicle for us and what would really work for our family. He was very straight forward and honest, he didn't pressure us to buy outside of our price range and best of all, he found the color I wanted in short order. We received a fair trade in value for my used car and the signing was hassle free with no hidden surprises--what we were told would be the monthly payment was accurate at the signing. I strongly recommend giving them a a shot to help you, too. I told Steve I hardly give a '10' for anything, but I can honestly say, in this instance, it's a piece of cake.
