I just purchased my Jeep with Brian at Keene Chrysler and it couldn’t have been easier! Best experience buying a car ever and would highly recommend! Brian responded to my emails quickly and went over everything on the Jeep thoroughly.

Keene Chrysler made the purchase of my new Ram 1500 Truck quick and easy, coming from a different state to purchase was not an issue, the salespeople were all very friendly and assisting, Brian new I had a short window of time to come purchase and pick up my truck and he and the finance team made it happen, with time to spare. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that lives close by, or anyone like me who is willing to drive 3 hours for great service and people!

I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and Brian was a true pro just as he was on the prior two deals. The initial offer that I got from my trade-in was a little below what I expected, but in the end we negotiated a deal that I believe is very fair. I had done a little research ahead of time, and the best part about this transaction was that from the moment I stepped foot into the dealership to the moment that I was signing papers was under three hours and an hour of that was my wife and I going home to clean out my trade-in while they were preparing the vehicle and preparing paperwork for us.

Great customer service top to bottom. Informative, supportive, knowledgeable staff. (My first venture away from being a Ford owner for years). Paul and staff were superb in understanding my needs, guiding me, and finding the right vehicle to meet those needs. Brian was especially helpful in showing me the ins and outs of my new vehicle and knew the product well. The Parts Dept was informative and helpful as well while I added some extras to the vehicle. A great experience all around.

Cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I had never been here before nor did I know anyone who had. I simply responded to an ad on Craigslist. From the start I sent an inquiry that was responded to with a no pressure but attentive phone call within 5 minutes. When I described the vehicle I was looking for, salesman Stephen Robinson informed me of a vehicle he took on trade not even on the website yet and I went to look at it the next day. When I pulled up the vehicle was out front waiting, with no wait and no pressure for a different vehicle I did not ask for. The finance manager Duston Blanchette was fantastic, and made the truck I wanted fit into the payment I needed. Even not having cemented numbers for GAP insurance and extended warranty, they gave me great pricing and stuck to their word about it, and also worked with my personal requests such as a new battery. I never once felt pressure or shady tactics. Additionally, I gave them my verbal word that I would come back 5 days later to sign paperwork and they took me at my word, not asking for a deposit of any kind, a simple verbal handshake. And they kept their end of the deal as well, and were transparent if they could not honor a request of mine. Long story short, highly recommend this dealership, as well as Steve and Duston.

I am a loyal Jeep owner. Have always have had a Jeep. I buy from Keene Chrysler because I know what I am getting. Any person I have ever dealt with here treats me with respect and treats me fairly. Only once in my car buying history did I check out another Jeep dealership. (I have no idea why???) They could not even come close to the deal and attention I was getting from Keene Chrysler. I did not even waste my time negotiating - because they were not even in the ball park. Tom Callum's helpfulness and follow through is terrific. He is especially knowledgeable on any of the controls or electronics . . . with any of the Jeeps I have purchased. Dustin Blanchette's precision and accuracy with any paperwork is very thorough - without taking an eternity to get it all completed! I have recommended three family members here and they are over an hour away! They all bought the vehicles here! I will buy Jeeps in the future and will buy them again from Keene Chrysler! Customer service was phenomenal! Sales representative Brian Zipps was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and any questions asked. Very easy to talk to! Finalizing the deal was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
