I drove over 200 miles from New York to check out a 2010 Dakota. Yes that is very far but it was so very worth it. The truck was as described and was ready and waiting for me to test drive. I dealt with Stephen Robinson on making the deal and setting up the test drive and Duston Blanchette on the financing and warranty. What a tremendous group of guys from start to finish and even after. Top notch straight shooters from the minute I walked through the door...Make the trip if you are coming from out of state and consider yourself that much more lucky if you happen to live near the showroom in Keene, New Hampshire. I will no doubt be checking in with them from time to time to see what they have available when I am ready to buy again.

Great Experience
From evening I stopped in just to ask some questions, to the week and a half later when I picked up my new Dodge Dart, George Davenport was top-notch sales/customer service. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns about the vehicle, especially about the financing. He worked with me to get me the best financial option available for my cash flow situation. I had just stopped in with some questions, but because George made the experience easy and comfortable, and his willingness to work with me in every area, I ended up with my new vehicle in less than two weeks. I called Keene Jeep to see if they could help with a "rush" purchase of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with AEV's JK350 modifications. A surprise for my wife... Luckily for me, Steve Robinson of Keene Jeep took my call. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about what it would take to find and fit up a vehicle within my short time frame. He found exactly the Jeep I wanted (2014 Rubicon in Anvil) and then walked me through the selections of AEV upfit options. Steve also provided experienced, knowledgeable advice on other modifications for the vehicle, including HID headlights, leather, etc. From my side of the phone calls, everything seemed simple and quick, which is just the way a good dealer and sales consultant wants it for the customer. But on Keene Jeep's/Steve's side, it was obviously a major fire drill with tons of moving parts. The task was to deliver the finished product in less than two weeks! They immediately sourced the Jeep; sent it out for the leather work; got in the needed AEV and other parts; got the Jeep back into the shop on time for the AEV upfits; and finished all the work in time for me to pick it up yesterday (October 4) to surprise my wife. From start to finish, Keene Jeep and Steve "got it done" in less than 10 working days. It all came together perfectly, the Jeep is amazing, and my wife is VERY happy. I highly recommend Keene Jeep and Steve Robinson. Steve knows the product, is always clear and direct on the process and is unfailingly upbeat. He's a pleasure to work with.

Contacted Steve via E-Mail outlining my desire in a 2013 Ram. Having previously owned 4 Rams, I was familiar with what options I wanted and let Steve know. Not having what I wanted on the lot, he searched the surrounding areas and found just what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service and immediately purchased the truck. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Patriot. This dealership does not haggle about prices. When I came the first time, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for and Brian Zipps (salesman) was patient with my uncertainty and presented the options in a straightforward but laid back way and an efficient way that didn't waste time (which did not happen at a couple of other dealerships I visited). He did not push me to buy or test drive on the spot. I told him not to call me at home but that I would return if I was ready. When I called a few days later and made an offer for a specific price on a vehicle with a specific set of options, and Brian searched nearby dealerships until he found something that met my requirements. He kept me updated on the search, and when he found it the next day, he called to tell me he found something in the price range we agreed on. After I agreed to the deal, when he found out that I might qualify for an additional discount from the manufacturer he reduced the price by that discount below what we had initially agreed on. They obtained the vehicle for me the next day, and when I showed up to sign the paperwork, I paid exactly the price we had agreed on by phone for the vehicle I wanted with no additional fees. They accepted my old vehicle as a trade in even though I didn't have the title with me, and reduced the price that much further. After purchase, I asked additional questions and Brian researched them and quickly provided answers. Some of the other people at the dealership were a little pushier than Brian as far as trying to convince me to purchase additional warrantees that I did not want. Good experience overall.

Great purchasing experience.
I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. My sales person, Brian Zipps, was extremely helpful and knowledgable of all Jeep products. He went above and beyond any sales person I have dealt with in the past to explain all details and options about the vehicle. He has remained very helpful and accommodating well after the sale. Effortless Transaction
From the first phone call to the drive off the lot, our experience with Steve Robinson and Keene was professional and stress free. Steve was responsive with his phone calls, all purchase paperwork was ready, and the car was immaculately presented. My husband and I drove 2 1/4 hours from Massachusetts and arrived at the store's opening hour. Steve came out to greet us and the total transaction was professional and efficient. We are pleased with the car purchase and will recommend Keene. The building's radio station was also a smart choice....no elevator music here.

I do not usually write reviews, but this is ridiculous..we drove our used, suposedly inspected chevy trailblazer out of the dealership and the gas gauge started to fail..within 30 miles, the check engine light came on...no one was in service that day or the next to service the vehicle. We are currently trying to get that piece of steel back to the dealership...for a refund, or exchange...I am VERY skeptical...Calls made to the dealership so far have gotten us NOWHERE!!! I am a life long resident of the area...and would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

Great experience
I had a great experience at this dealership recently. This was my first purchase of a Dodge product and was warmly welcomed by salesperson Kevin Lougee. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with and no high pressure. Due to my hectic schedule, he even came in on a Sunday so that I could test drive the vehicle I was interested in. From the initial inquiry of the car to the actual purchase Kevin kept me informed throughout the entire process. A very smooth transaction. A+ all the way.
