This morning the windshield in my 2013 Dart cracked while...

This morning the windshield in my 2013 Dart cracked while parked with the defroster warming the glass. I immediately drove to the dealer in town "Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram". The person at the counter was cold and didn't really listen to what I described. She told me that there is no Mopar windshield for this car and that Dodge would likely not be paying for this. She took a long time to tell me nothing and never offered to schedule an appointment or even look at my car that was parked 20 feet away. I left and went to Keene Chrysler just 20 miles away. The experience was just the opposite there. I've done a lot of business with Keene Chrysler in the past and would have just gone there had it not been for the driving distance. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly faces immediately. They listened to what I described happened to my windshield. They said that it was extremely uncommon and immediately offered to go outside and have a look. From there they photographed the window told me that they would submit it to Chrysler and give me a call. Later in the afternoon (Friday), I received a call that the windshield was approved and that they'd like to fit me in on Monday and address other bulletins as well. There's no real good time for me to be without my car, so they also arranged a rental car. These are all simple things and what I had expected in the first place, but Keene Chrysler runs a polished dealership and understands my needs. I won't make the mistake of wasting my time at Summit again. I would have saved time if I'd started in Keene this morning.

My experience at Keene Chrysler was a very positive one. I bought a 2009 Chrysler 300 from Brian and just purchased the 2012 Chrysler 300 from him. Brian is one of the most professional salesman I have dealt with. His knowledge of the vehicle and its inner workings was great. He spent time with us going over the features of the new 300S. The most important thing to me was Brian did NOT "pressure" us into buying. I do not like high pressure and Brian did not do that. We negotiated a price for the car and it was a good deal from my standpoint. I would certainly recommend Brian and Keene Chrysler. Ron Pickering

I took a written offer to them and they beat the price and also had great customer service. Thanks for my new Wrangler...We love it.

Bad Experience

Terrible dealership. I did my homework before I went there and as soon as they knew I had some knowledge of buying their product, they were'nt as nice as they started off being. The customer service was bad. Make sure you do your research before you buy. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kevin and team where straight forward and honest. They were willing to answer any question that could be thrown at them whether it dealt with the car or the financial side. They took care of a problem with the rotors I only wish they had also changed the brake pads, regardless of how they looked, you can mess up new rotors with used brake pads. But overall for the price they gave me for my old vehicle and what I paid for my new (used) vehicle it was a good experience. Beats the dealers in my area for sure!

Chris was great and was accommodating of two forgetful...

Chris was great and was accommodating of two forgetful moments I had. He filled the tank before I left, and the car, which I got for less than the market price, is excellent. The one thing I would have liked to have had was more time with the financial consultant on the first day.

I had several problems with the service dept. I should...

I had several problems with the service dept. I should start by saying that my first experience there was good (just an oil change). Then I went back with an actual problem and my saga began. I had the vehicle back several times and I they would insist it was fixed. It was not. I would explain everything and they always screwed up and ignored the info I gave them. I gave up. They also appeared to be very annoyed. I understand mistakes can happen but one of the service guys had a terrible attitude.

I test drove two Jeep vehicles with Al in the back seat....

I test drove two Jeep vehicles with Al in the back seat. He wasn't frighten at all even thouht I am known to be a scary driver. He was a very personable salesman, not pushy at all and very patient with me. I purchased a Jeep Liberty in 2005 from KCJD and had it serviced there as well. Service is excellant, and so my new 2012 Jeep Liberty will also be a regular at KCJD. If you are shopping for a new vehicle and a very personable and stressless time, visit KCJD.

My husband and I bought a Jeep Wrangler 4-door vehicle from Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Our experience was great. No pressure... The price was reasonable and we walked out of there feeling like we got a fair deal on the vehicle. From the Brian to the financing, it was a great experience.
