Diagnose electrical problem
The problem was diagnosed problem as weak battery. They called me to get approval.Replaced the battery. All completed on the same day. All good.

Had my Jeep in the body shop
For as long as I can remember I have taken my vehicles to the body shop there. The quality of the work done is always excellent. The body shop manager is on top of things.

Generally good dealer
Generally clean waiting area, food (donuts), drink (coffee/water) available, along with wifi. Friendly informative service reps to assist with getting work requests completed in as timely a manner as possible.

Sloppy
I had an oil change and a five tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I thought all was well. Driving home I had to turn off the AC because the car was filled with a burning oil smell. I thought that maybe some oil was spilled on my engine and it would burn off. After two days of this we looked under the hood. the oil cap was not replaced and oil was splashing out. The car was returned to have this taken care of. Thankfully the service department cleaned it up. Also my tires were not at the proper inflation. Three were at 38psi and one was at 28 psi. I believe the proper pressure should be around 34psi. That shouldn't happen. I was given a 'coupon' for a free oil change for my trouble. I usually have good luck with the service at this dealership.

Unexpected ease!
Dino made our experience so smooth and easy. We brought my current lease in for service and had a few questions about and of lease process, and he helped us through the entire process and was able to get us into a new lease with no issues. He was kind, efficient, and had a very high level of service and at no point was he pushy or did we feel we were being “double talked”.
