Service as always has been exceptional and quick. Bill Webber as well as others at the service center have been very friendly. When I indicated that I didn't have much time Biil was able to have the work completed promptly.

Pleased wiht service

The service people at Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Williamsville addressed the problems with my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee which included the driver side window opener mechanism sticking or malfunctioning and the tire pressure monitoring system. Recognizing these malfunctions would take time to diagnose and correct, the technician(s) successfully addressed those problems while I waited (approx. 2 hours 15 minutes). Having a comfortable waiting room area with TV and free coffee was an added value.

Knowledgeable service counter

There for routine maintenance and Bill suggested an additional service that was needed and that I had forgotten about. Spent some time with Mike in sales and he was very knowledgeable as well.

Safety recall on a restraint contrller

Part was ordered by Dawn and appointment was made. On the appointment day Bill took care of the car. The work was done in the expected time. Told to call if I need future service.

Oil changey

The oil change was done in less then 40 min from the time I got till the time I left which was less then the time they quoted me.

A+ Service as always

The ONLY dealership I will trust with my Jeep. This is the 1st vehicle I have ever owned that I take to a dealer for service & I only do so because they are top notch in EVERYTHING , service, cleanliness, prices, customer service. Gas cap replacement.

My check engine light came on again and this time they diagnosed it to be that my gas cap needed replacement. The service was great but regretfully my gascap light came on again, believe it or not today! So, I maybe making a return visit.
