Very helpful, got me in and out right away.

Very helpful, got me in and out right away. Needed my oil changed and tires rotated. Was awesome to get my vehicle back washed. Greatly appreciated!

They lowballed me on the trade in value of my car by at

They lowballed me on the trade in value of my car by at least 2k. I went to 2 different dealerships to get quotes for what they'd buy my car for, texted these guys and they matched the price. It was a pain to go through extra hoops in what is already an anxiety inducing process just because they wanted to get a little more money out of me. I don't think I'll go here next time I buy a car. Especially since my family is a GM family, my uncle dealt with them before and he had sent them the info, so I'd use his employee discount. They didn't try messing with his stuff, so I do think it was because I'm a woman and went car shopping without my mom instead of with a man.

Best customer service ever!

Everyone at the dealership was wonderful! My sales person Angie was patient and took the time to review everything with me as many times as it took and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience, I am not up on all this technical stuff and I appreciated her patience and understanding!

Honest and Fair Dealership

I have purchased two newer vehicles, when it was Falk Motors, downtown Port Huron. I had a great experience, with my salesperson Dan Falk. The pricing was more than fair, the staff and office personnel always respectful and kind. Dan followed up after my purchase's and always available when I called. The service Department was very professional and thorough. Most important to me, the show rooms were always clean. Keep up the good work and tell Dan, he still owes me twenty dollars. :) God Bless.
