I can't express strongly enough to STAY AWAY!

I can't express strongly enough to STAY AWAY! This is a long story, so I'll just hit the highlights. Quite some time ago, I was shopping for a used SUV. I had CASH in hand. I was looking over one at Moron er, Moran I was interested in. The sales guy slowly walks over, looked at me and said, and I quote "You can't afford this car." I vowed to never step foot on their lot again. However, recently I needed some warranty work done (purchased at another dealership of course) and jumped throuogh their hoops to get an appointment. The work was assessed, parts ordered and the job started. Several days into a job that was supposed to take 2 days, they gave me some story about it needing paint and it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Several days later, I called for an update and was told the car was waiting to go for painting. Obviously someone was lying. When I finally went to pick it up, i noticed a HUGE SCRATCH. They tried telling me "It must have been there when you brought it in." It was NOT. Then they said, it must have happened when the part failed then. Then it sould be included under warranty, FIX IT. They basically refused and only buffed it out. It was too deep for that, but that was all they would do. There is much more to the story, such as the manager literally yelling at me and calling me a liar, accusing ME of trying to cheat them! I finally just walked away before completely losing my temper and ending up in jail. I will NEVER, EVER, do business with ANY of the SEVERAL dealerships Moran owns. I suggest that You stay away from these lying, cheating, miserable SOBs too. Tell all your friends too.

They gouged my rim when patching a nail hole in tire and now they are saying there is no way they could have done this.

They lowballed me on the trade in value of my car by at

They lowballed me on the trade in value of my car by at least 2k. I went to 2 different dealerships to get quotes for what they'd buy my car for, texted these guys and they matched the price. It was a pain to go through extra hoops in what is already an anxiety inducing process just because they wanted to get a little more money out of me. I don't think I'll go here next time I buy a car. Especially since my family is a GM family, my uncle dealt with them before and he had sent them the info, so I'd use his employee discount. They didn't try messing with his stuff, so I do think it was because I'm a woman and went car shopping without my mom instead of with a man.

I absolutely loved working with the staff at Moran
