Great service. Scheduled an oil change and during the service the tech found my front brakes needed to be replaced. They squeezed in the additional work. Very affordable and fast work. No oil drips on my garage floor afterwards.

I worked with Aaron and Shane at the Symdon Motors dealership to purchase a vehicle that was listed online. As an out-of-state distance buyer I needed good communication to make sure the vehicle met my expectations and needs. Aaron answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the potential purchase. Once I had decided to move forward, Shane helped me get the financing package put together, keeping me well informed during the process. When I arrived at the dealership (a 3.5 hour drive from my home), Aaron greeted me immediately; the vehicle was ready to test drive and he gave me a quick rundown on the features and operation in case I had any questions. After the test drive, Shane took over to complete all the paperwork. He had all the forms prepared and did a great job of explaining the purpose of each item I needed to sign. The dealership and customer areas were clean, inviting and well kept. Although I only spent about an hour at the dealership, from first contact to driving off the lot this was definitely one of my best car purchasing experiences.

Placed an oil change mileage sticker on my front windshield over the tinted brow. When they pulled the sticker off the next time I was in, it destroyed the window tint. Didn’t offer to replace it or comp the oil change. The only reason it’s not a lower rating is because they were upfront with me about the damage they cause but told me they aren’t going to do anything about fixing it or making things right.
