Several years ago, I started seeing Foss Motors commercials on TV staring the owner Larry Foss. As I have always been a Dodge truck owner since the mid sixties and had always bought from a dealer up state in Maine where I come from. After I bought my last truck from that dealer 10 years ago they decided to retire and close their business. I then decided to buy my next truck from a local dealer and Foss motors came to mind because of Larry's commercials. I checked company ratings and found them to better than all other Dodge dealers in the area. This didn't surprise me as Larry impressed me as being a very genuine down to earth person whom I figured I could put my trust in. When I decided it was time to buy a new truck I went to Foss Motors and asked to speak with Larry, we talked for several minutes and I found him to be just as I had envisioned him to be. He then turned me over to a relatively young salesman named Brock Kerr and said he would take good care of me and my needs,.he was right., Brock is a very bright, non pushy salesman and I don't like pushy sales people. He made my purchase a pleasure and treated me with respect and honesty, what more could one ask for. Oh and by the way I got a great truck at very reasonable price. Brock has communicated with me a few times since my purchase to make sure I was happy which is always a nice touch. I have bought a few jeeps over the years and my past 2 jeeps came from a different dealer. This time around, my current dealer didn't give me the service that I was used to. In fact, I felt like I was just another number for them. I started contacting other dealers in the area and none of them were willing to work with me like Foss Motors was. I was extremely surprised, yet very pleased with the way things operate at Foss. The fact that they are a family owned business and I worked hands on with not only my sales Rep Deirdre, The owner Tim Foss was helpful and he was more than willing to make my experience a good one and work with me on price and without any hesitation, made me feel like it wouldn't be an issue. Deidre was great as well. She didn't hesitate at all when I told her what I was looking for and told her the price that I was looking to get. She took the time to review inventory and options in the vehicle to make sure that she could locate exactly what I wanted. She also too initiative to make things happen very quickly and at time of delivery, she made sure that the vehicle was pristine for me. Overall, my experience with Foss Motors was by far one of the best experiences when it came to buying a vehicle. Not just my Jeep purchases, but other vehicles as well over the years at other deals. I couldn't be more please with the operation, service and with my New 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I highly recommend to anyone who is shopping around for a Jeep or Chrysler vehicle to go Meet with Deridre and Time. You will be glad that you did.

I prefer to do a lot of the buying process remotely via email and Brock was very responsive. It was the complete opposite of the experience that I had with the Jeep dealership down the street from our house. We drove an extra 30 minutes so that we could work with Brock.

Just bought my second Patriot and it is the perfect car for the needs of my wife and I. Had 70,000+ miles on my 2011 and got a good deal on a trade. Brock and Matt and the whole staff were great. Have always had good experiences with the service department as well as I service my cars regularly. Never had any problems with the old Patriot.

From the first reply to my initial e-mail inquiry, to working with Brianna, to set up an appointment, to working with Steve Archer to buy the vehicle, every step of the process was handle promptly and professionally. I appreciated that everyone at Foss respected my time and made the entire process fast and simple.

After playing the same old sales games with 6 other dealers, I happened on Foss Motors and Matt Langley... Matt never insulted me with leading questions- just listened to my needs. We worked out a fair deal by email and I drove away in my new Jeep Renegade- a painless process. Thanks Matt, you'll be my 1st stop next time. Also, I'd like to thank the sales specialist at Tilton Autoserve who actually said "If you can find this car cheaper, buy it"... yeah, I did thanks to your advice.

Thank you Foss Motors for changing my opinion of car dealers!! I have never had such a great experience buying a car!! I first met with Brock Kerr and he was fabulous! Being in sales myself I never like a pushy sales person and Brock was anything but! He was very informative and helped guide me in the process! After contacting Foss Motors inquiring about a MW3 they had online, Brock Kerr introduced himself and was the sales rep that worked with me.Brock was extremely enthusiastic and very attentive to my questions and concerns.Brock's product knownledge was impressive and his eagerness to please was refreshing. We recently bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Foss Motors in Exeter from Brock Kerr. Brock from the time I called Foss to the time we went in for a test drive and decided to purchase the vehcile was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and was just all around great to work with. Tim handled our paperwork which again was very professional and nicely done. Foss has my business!
