I don't like the sales person that I dealt with. She was pushy and was nonnegotationable and added charges that I totally disagree with. I felt that she... was lazy and didn't want to deal with me after the sale. All I wanted was a manual for the vehicle and she couldn't be bothered trying to track one down, she told me to look online for what answers I needed and that they weren't making manuals for vehicles anymore. Ok whatever! I can't wait to get rid of the vehicle that has nothing but repair problems. Of course like most dealer's, sales people are scavengers. The vehicle was never serviced before I bought it. It's a money pit. Thanks Jen for sucky service, your xxxxxxxx lies and your lazyness. You're in management? You need to go.

We've bought over 6 vehicles from McFarland because everyone us nice, understanding, not pushy and friendly. I never feel rushed to make a decision.... We will keep going back. I even recommended them to my daughter. She ended yoo trading her 2012 edge for a 2015. We both received great deals.
I brought my 07 Mustang Convertible in for a speedometer calibration. Previous owner stated that gears were changed from 3.55's to 3.73's. In effect,... the speedometer was off by ten mph. McFarland Ford was thorough and test drove the car several times to get the correct calibration for my car. I know it must have been over an hour of figuring it out. When the computer was set to 3.73 gears, it was still off 10 mph. They tried several times to get it corrected and ended in a result that was acceptable. Thank you for the time spent on working on my car.

I bought this truck here because I got great service when I bought my 2008 F-350 there. Had small issue with back defroster not working and one speaker... in door, they fixed at no cost to me. Great service.

I showed up on a Sunday. 3 salesmen 2 customers. Told they were short handed and very busy! Filed out yet a 3rd credit application, left sitting there.... No one came back to talk to me, offered nothing to drink, not even a water. A few times a man walked buy and said “10 mins!” After over an hour walked out. No one even cared. I emailed them, no response! Piss poor way to do business. Never go back. All their cars are way over priced too. Internet says one thing, stickers are at least $2000 more!
