Incompetent service department. Had my car a total of 5 days what should have been fixed on the first visit. I told them I had a nail in my tire. The service writer ignored me told me it was fine but when I pick it up? A foreign object in my tire. So I bring it back, on a Saturday, when I was told to by manager Christine who said she’d be available but refused to talk to me. Guess what’s not open on saturdays? The warranty department! So my car needed to stay even longer. And no loaners available of course. No management to speak to! Are you kidding if there’s an issue and you’re a salaried manager you’re always on the clock.

You'll Find a Better Deal Somewhere Else
We've been a loyal customer for many years, until last week. We wanted to lease a Crosstrek with Exeter, but the monthly payments they quoted me was $60.00 higher then Tri-City Subaru for the same amount of money down Tri-City sales person was even surprised by the Exeter quote.

Disappointment
I purchased a used vehicle from them. Will skip the whole bite and switch around the buying process. On a few occasions I was assured by the sales manager Jimmy, that their mechanics fully inspected the car and everything was perfect with it. I paid a way over KBB for that vehicle, so I was expecting to be be treated fairly at least. Long story short. I picked up the car and on the way home tried to adjust backrest on the drivers seat, well it wasn't possible because it wasn’t working, as well as the passenger seat one. It was late in the evening, pass their closing time. Next day I wrote email to my sales person, tried to call sales manager Jimmy. Jimmy ignored my call, Ann ignored my email. I haven’t even heard back from anyone. This is what a customer service means to this people. Im brutally disappointed, they aren’t honest, or different than any crook out there.

Petko, you purchased a BEAUTIFUL 19 year old car with ridiculously low miles, that is mechanically perfect. There was no bait and switch. Bait and switch is a term used when there is an ad vehicle that cannot actually be purchased. There was a pricing mistake that you were made aware of BEFORE you traveled over an hour to get here. You test drove the vehicle, we negotiated, we did not force you make the purchase. Your phone call and email were not responded to due to the ultimatums proposed. Threats of slanderous reviews and false claims do not warrant a "customer service" response.
Lisa is terrific!
Rarely do I take time to write reviews but felt compelled in this case... Dealership has been great to me. Standout is Lisa Ferrari...she sold me my Outback years ago and now works in service. She is awesome...her focus on service stands as a model on how dealerships should operate...nice work...

Extremely frustrated
Ever since I bought my car new there in 2017, it has been plagued with problems. Before I even drove it off the lot, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. Got that replaced after a number of follow up calls to the dealership and at least 2 car drop-off days. Then there's been a persistent rattle. In a new car. The first time I mentioned it, no one paid much mind. The second time, someone fixed something in the dashboard and it helped. This last time, I've been told the blower motor needs to be replaced and they'd call. Well, no call. I have to keep following up with them and for a new car, I have to say that I am not at all satisfied. I would never purchase a car from this dealership again and if I could do it again, I never would have set foot here.

Jessica, I am sorry for your experience with your Subaru up to this point. Squeaks, rattles, and noises of any sort are sometimes very difficult to diagnose. It is not unusual to fix issues such as these through a series of steps, not always fixing it the first time around. No Pressure Sales
I had found a car online that I was interested in, and made an online inquiry. I found both the online and in-person interaction both friendly and courteous. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and the test drive was relaxed and no-pressure as well. The finance department was able to get me a great deal and I now have a really nice used car. I would recommend Exeter Subaru to friends and family

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP...
This dealership has refused to send me my paperwork in the mail., every time I call they give me the runaround. Stay away!!! BUY FROM ANOTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP!!! they also tell lies!!!

We did exactly what we said we were going to do. Based on your unique situation, paperwork took longer to process than normal. Great Experience!
I decided to look into getting a new vehicle and went to get some info. When I went to the dealership a young man named Josh approached me very politely and I immediately was able to get the info I was looking for. After going though some options that he explained to me I was able to make a better decision for not only what car I was going to get but how I wanted to purchase it . My overall experience with this dealership and Josh Brett was great and I love me new car.
