He walked me through every aspect of the lease from selecting the vehicle to picking it up. 2012 GMC Sierra SLT Purchase
Not having time during regular business hours to visit dealers, I contacted several GMC dealers in the region via email inquiring about a new 2012 Sierra SLT. All of the dealers responded. Most sent me canned / scripted emails that did not address any of my questions. Scott from Mangino was the only internet sales manager that treated me like a person and answered my exact questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Mangino did not have the color combination I wanted - but they were very happy to search other dealer inventories. They located an exact match in PA. Ralph Mangino, Jr. gave me a very fair trade in value on my 2009 Sierra and a fair price on the new truck. We made a deal over the phone without me even visiting the showroom. Two days later, the new truck was at Mangino's. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready to go. All I had to do was sign everything, leave my old truck and drive away. Mangino GMC was a pleasure to deal with.

My Experience
I recently visited Mangino Buick GMC to purchase a used car. My experience during the sale process was so positive I felt obligated to share. I bought a 2011 Buick Regal CXL with 15,600 miles....black on black...fully loaded. From the time I first drove the vehicle I knew this was for me. The car handles extremely well, looks great and is fuel efficient. The folks in sales, service and finance we're all knowledgeable in their roles during the sales process. I look forward to my unlimited oil changes and tire rotations for the next two years. I would highly recommend anyone who lives in the Greater Capital Region to make the trip to Mangino's in Ballston Spa. Regards, Mark

Mangino Buick GMC
I recently purchased a new Buick Verano. I had previously purchased a Park Avenue, then a Le Sabre, both used. The sales staff were very helpful but not "pushy", inviting me to test drive the newly-arrived Verano. They gave me information regarding a trade-in and financing. Although a lease was an option, I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to buy, the paperwork, insurance, financing, registration, etc,was all handled efficiently. Regarding the service department, this dealer is top notch! They can always schedule service in a timely manner and a loaner has always been available if needed. I always feel confident that repairs have been done properly. I highly recommend Mangino Buick GMC, a friendly, honest, professional dealer.
