We purchased a 2012 Ford Escape XLT. We needed an SUV to replace our older model one, and came to Browns Ford to see what they had. We have always dealt with the same salesman for our vehicles. This makes the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Browns. You are treated fair and honest. The staff was very helpful. We will not purchase vehicles anywhere else but Browns Ford.

Great to deal with
We just purchased our 4th used vehicle on 5/29/2015 from Browns Ford, Johnstown. John Flint is our salesman and now Vic helps us out also. They do make it easy to purchase vehicles. Professional and personal, Vic and John saw to our needs and worked their magic to help us out and get us into what we were looking for. I will only buy vehicles from John or Vic at Browns Ford. Very satisfied, they treat you like a person, not a number. Never any pressure from them to put you in any car just to get you out the door...they take time to find exactly what you are looking for. Will recommend Browns to anyone. John and Vic take the time to tell you exactly what is going on in the car buying process. You know everything that is going on. Good service, nice facility, friendly staff.
I came in to have my front wheels balanced on your Road Force machine. I dropped the car off on my lunch break and came back to pick it up at the end of the day. Unfortunately there was an issue with the Road Force machine so the car had to be balanced another way, and not until I was arriving to pick it up. Things happen, not a big deal. The service guys were nice about it and the wait wasn't too long. I'll check you guys out for tires in the near future. Thanks, Paul
