I sent them my info on a truck they called sent a text immediately. Wanted me to come in for a test drive the next day. Once I arrive they tell me the vehicle is sold! No phone call no " would you like to see something else" Now I am stuck in Imlay city for 2 hours before I go to work! Horrible service!!!

2019 Chevrolet Silverado High Country
I brought my 2019 Silverado High Country in because it was making a whining noise like a belt was bad or a bearing was going to fail. Right in the service drive Kyle and his associate listened to the noise and talked about what they thought it was. The associate went to get a listening device and when he came back touched it to several areas of the engine. He diagnosed it as coming from the idler pulley and they asked if I had time for them to repair it. Sure thing I said. They had me back on the road in under and hour. Great job and kudos to your service department too!

I’m very happy with the service I received. My vehicle was taken to Milnes on a Sunday. The service department called me first thing Monday morning and the repair was done by noon.
