Happy Customer
I was planning an out of town trip and wanted to make sure everything was in proper working order. Easy to make an appointment, Carrie was great. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and Kyle got me right in. Upon inspecting my vehicle it was discovered that I needed rear brakes, which they were able to do the same day. Kyle also informed me that I would be in need of tires in the up coming months, but didn’t “ high pressure” me into buying immediately, which I really appreciated. When my vehicle was done, the friendly and smiling cashier, Danielle, checked me out and I was on my way, confidant that my trip would be a safe one! Thank you Milnes staff for a great experience! Will be back in a few months for those tires :)

This is the second time I have given this dealer a try,
This is the second time I have given this dealer a try, after telling me it would take 2 hr to patch a tire I said I'd go else where because I have to get home for my daughters then then they said they would get me in right away well 2 half hr later still here watched 4 other people come in and leave with oil changes and my kids are now home alone and freaking out. Never again will I ever come here ill drive 35 min not 15 to the next nearest dealer.

Worst dealer ever

There was 2 guys at the Service counter.
There was 2 guys at the Service counter. I stood there by myself in front of them and neither acknowledged me standing there. The least you could do is say hello someone will be with you shortly. I stood there 3 to 5 minutes without a hello or nothing. In the future all people want is to be acknowledged, most understand people are extremely busy.
