My daughter purchased a used car from Lynch, didn't even make her first payment on it and the rear main seal busted. Car has 93,000 miles on it 3 month or 3,000 used car warranty and they will not cover it. $2,300 to fix, will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from them.

Do not buy bed cover from them

They suggested and placed bed cover for brand new Silverado. It leaks and mold in back of truck. Owner refuses to call me back. Salesman told me it is not waterproof and will leak. I do not think he realizes that people buy covers to keep contents dry and safe. This cover only works in the Arizona desert. I cannot put anything in bed of my truck if it is going to rain. What a wasted space! Get truck cap or cover somewhere else! Do not buy from Lynch! Service, repairs and buying vehicle itself was great!

oil change

I had my oil changed on my ford explorer this morning the experience I had was better then I had when it was Amato. Kevin the lube advisor and Justin and Brandon the lube techs answered all my questions. I wanted to know about wheel rotating and about having my brakes checked they were very informative. I will be back. Thanks guys, Mari Kyler

Extremely poor and pathetic service department. Had an oil change and the car wasn’t filled back up with oil! I call the dealership back...”oh, bring it back up!” No sorry, no nothing. I said, I will not drive my car back there with no oil in it!! I tried contacting the General Manager and he won’t even return phone calls or emails. Now that my warranty is up, I plan to go elsewhere. This place is a freaking joke! Stay away!! Oh, and while I was waiting an hour and a half for an oil change, (yes, that long), I was browsing their inventory. The cars and trucks are marked up astronomically!!

2015 f150

Took a 4 yr old truck there 7 months ago for a brake job. They did all 4 corners with new pads and rotors along with an oil change and tire rotation. This week front driver side grinding. Expected them to be honest and make the repair under warranty. Alas they did not and guess what they found, that’s right, a “stuck” caliper. Then the charged us more to do the front brakes than they did for the entire brake job 7 months ago. They new we needed it done and took advantage.

The service Mgr. @ lynch Chrysler dodge had my truck all day for oil change blue tooth connection ,check speedometer for calibration had truck all day. Service Mgr must have been not worried about getting my truck done in a timely matter...Should have stayed with Amato Ford..the customer is always right..

Bait and switch

I picked a vehicle they told me they had it in stock to come and sign once I signed all the paperwork and they brought me the car it wasn't the right one. When I told renee this was not the car I wanted.she said she realized at the last moment and that it wasn't in stock so they got the vehicle closest to it. This vehicle was $2000 more. It didn't come with the reverse camera heated seats or Bluetooth. The car I stated I wanted, The car they told me they had all ready for me to go was not the one I received. When I told my did not want the car because it wasn't what I wanted that they gave me the wrong car she told me there was nothing she could do because I already signed the paperwork that the best thing I can do is just pay it off and then come and get the car I wanted. She promised to have Bluetooth installed into the car because of their mistake and they never did they gave me a run around for 2 and 1/2 months and then told me that my car was not Bluetooth compatible. Also we bought my husband's truck from here before I bought my truck she told us that after 6 months we could refinance his truck to get a lower payment and has been over a year and we still have not been able to refinance the truck. The reason we purchased the truck at the rate we did was because she said we qualify to refinance in six months which we now know Is a lie. I would not recommend this place at all, I wish I would have checked into the refinancing before I bought my car from them because knowing that they lied about the refinancing I would have been more cautious about getting my second vehicle. Now, I'm driving a vehicle I did not even want and I'm paying $25,000 on a vehicle I did not want and I'm stuck with.

Worst car sales deptment I know My truck wasn't inspected

You wrote a review for Lynch Chevrolet of Mukwonago 21 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 1/31/2019 Hello people I bought a 2011 ford F350 1 ton Dually Paid $320000.00 for this pile of crap. I bought the truck from Lynch Chrysler , Dodge , Jeep and Ram. the sales man was Jeremie and I found out he wasn't to pleasant to work with. He was working with me the day I was there to buy the truck and someone else that was there to buy a car at the same time. Jeremie didn't have any time to even show me the truck. I was sitting at his desk and he never showed me the safety check on the truck at all and when I signed the paper work for the truck there wasn't any safety check in the envelope at all. I had called them on this and the extra key they lost and they said there was one done. but I don't believe them at all if so I wouldn't have the problems I have with the truck. Problems: 1: The radiator is loosing antifreeze and when I added 1 1/2 gallons to the truck I noticed the radiator cap wasn't turned on tight it was just laying on the top. 2: The 4 wheel drive makes a clunking noise when I engage the 4 wheel drive and while driving the truck makes noise in the front and rear axles. 3: The ABS braking system isn't working when I press the breaks the breaks don't pulsate at all on snow all it does is slides around. 4: There is a problem with the engine also the RPM Gage at most time is at 700 RPM and at other times its at 1100 RPM I'm not to sure why this is happening also. 5: The 2 sprays for the windshield washers were broken and the passenger side tail light was burnt out. I guess if Lynch Jeep did an inspection on the truck all of this would have been fixed and not working now. I Think I got ripped off and they saw me coming and thought they would send a truck down the road without fixing anything. For the out come of this transaction I would like them to buy back the truck and pay me extra for the run around I have gotten from this dealer they should get a fine for sending out a truck with safety related problems. Thanks Rick

Kcdrisco

Vito found us a car with everything we wanted. Responded to our detailing requests. Pleasant, relaxed shopping experience without feeling pressured to buy and that was a relief.

Smooth Sale

Brett is awesome! Really thorough and pleasant to work with. Not a typical pushy salesman. Jeb in Finance was wonderful to work with as well!
