They were good with taking care of my needs and in a timely manner. In the service department Trent and Jackie took very good care of me. Davonte my salesman is the best, making sure I had adequate transportation while waiting for my vehicle was being serviced.

James was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisficed with the work done in my vehicle. He kept me informed during the process to let me know at which point they were in the project, he was very courteous and knowledgably of any and all questions that I had.

My Salesman was Chase and he went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted. And the finance team worked with me to get the best plan for my budget. I would recomment the Graff experience to all my friends and relatives. They were great!!
