Delightful Experience

Mark VandeVusse, our sales rep, was so helpful. This Toyota is the third vehicle we have purchased through Mark, and when the time comes again to look into a new (to us) vehicle, I know where we will be going.

5 Star Service

I was extremely pleased with the Service Mgr Tony Larabel, who was able to get me in quickly to service my car. My car needed service ASAP. At the Nissan dealership it was going to take more than a week. You guys are the best!!!

My experience

I've always appreciated my sales person... but am never sure that the service staff is on top of things. Supposedly my tire tread is marginal... never mentioned. My filter needs to be replaced soon... never mentioned. "I" had to tell them I had a free oil change coming... never mentioned... And, as always, things cost 2 x's as much at the dealership....

xxxx poor service department.

The service manager/department can't fix anything.xxxx poor.they damaged my door on my 50k truck.been back 3 times still isn't fixed.if you want to get treated like xxxx go to Tony Betten .deal with the service manager Tony he is some kinda work.ill never buy from Tony Betten again.my money spends any where.worst dealership experience ever.
