Took vehicle in for warranty work and oil change. Warranty work seemed to be completed correctly. For the oil change a bolt and nut didn’t get put back on an oil filter access cover and lug nuts were never tightened down and one lug nut fell off and almost lost two others, all 24 lug nuts were loose. Service manager got me new lug nuts and the other bolt and nut that was lost, so they resolved the issue. I’ve been dealing with Pat Milliken’s service department for 9 years and I will not any more. EVERY TIME I take my vehicle it’s damaged in some way or poor work that I correct because why would I think the people that did the poor work the first time would do better the second time. Damage includes chipped paint, scratches on the interior, work not done when problem was very obvious. Some service writers are programmed to say NO regardless. The collision department isn’t much better. I’m had poor work done there every time I’ve been there, but that poor work doesn’t show up until later. Things like windows leak after reinstalled, plastic parts with die flashing on it painted over instead of removing before painting. Great Sales Department but Service and Collision SUCK!

Brian Holiday is the only sales person I will buy from and have followed him from Holtzer ford to here. He is honest and has always taken care of our needs for my family. My children that are 24 and 22 will only buy from him as well. we have bought many vehicles from him and have lost track as to how many because there have been that much. I am Honored to call Brian my Friend.

Quick but very thorough and very very nice people ! I have bought more new vehicles then the average person and at all other dealerships 3 off the top of my head ..all till Pat Milliken made me regret going to the dealer even with warranty! Now because of my last two vehicles I have a all new respect for dealers Pat Milliken most of my experience is from service....and that is where you easily can loose a customer! Spending in my case in 2012 a vehicle that was just under 64000.thousand dollars you never want to hear ( Well that's all we can do ) this dealer has not only never said that but fixed it every time and a few times they have said it will be a few days take this vehicle and go home and we will contact you ......Mr.Godfrey and Mr.Lyons and all the write up crew outstanding....I tell everyone and I have a friend that is (retired now ) service Manger that that was nice but Pat Milliken goes way past the just what tge book says .....

Rickey did a great job seling me my 2022 Ford escape. He was easy to work with patient and gave me a good deal. I would recommended him to anyone. I will consider using him again if and when I turn my lease in. Thanks Ricky.
