I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another
I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and getting a person to pickup the phone. Leave a message and no one calls back. Use their online appointment and is freezes on the calendar date selection. Finally get a person and have them tell you " oh its a transmission issue? we can't get you in until Jan.? Called another dealership and then had me in the next Monday. Not just one incident, I'm not usually over critical, but I am not exaggerating. You will see and be disappointed.

I've been working with Joe Balhorn at Pat Milliken Ford for about 25 years, including the time I was supporting General Motors as an automotive electronics supplier. Joe takes care of all the little details that make it very easy to do a new car purchase. I have other dealerships and car companies a few times and have always regretted the decision. Joe listens to what I want, doesn't sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need and takes great care of me when I am buying a new vehicle and afterwards when I need a service or repair. I have recommended Joe to several friends and family and they have been very happy as well.
