I recently took my vehicle in for the "Works", oil change and tire rotation. Somehow my key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I got a ride home to look for it. Before I could call the service department and tell them to cut off the locking lug nuts, they had found a way to remove them, rotate my tires and provide me with a new set of locking lug nuts. Exceptional service! You have a customer for life. Thank you service department.

My salesperson, Kevin Creech @ Pat Milliken Ford, was great. I was upgrading from a 2011 Fiesta to the 2015 Focus. I purchased the Fiesta new and took it to Pat Milliken for all of it's service needs so picking them to buy a car was a no brainer. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Being a working parent and trying to help my 20 year old through the process of leasing I was so happy that I could do a lot of the pre "paper work" via the Internet.
