Good first time experience at Kayser

I'm giving 4 stars for my overall experience as we had to wait awhile to get the financing done (Which was more our credit union's fault). But 5 stars for the individuals we worked with (Shane and Tony). Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be going back to Kayser for future Ford purchases.

Easy, friendly, great experience

Process was easy and Shane McCully was great to work with. Fran from finance did awesome explaining everything and with a sense of humor! Good job everyone!

friendly & helpful staff, not pushy at all

I came in with my wife today to compare the Explorer to the Pilot and everyone was tied up so we were expecting to wait for help. Within just minutes Mike Belkan was helping us, giving us great product information on the explorer and really made the experience wonderful! Highly recommended Kayser Ford, friendly & helpful staff, not pushy at all. Regards Steve

Great Buying Experience!

The team at Kayser Ford was great to work with and very professional. They made my first vehicle purchase easy and stress free! I worked with Victoria Giamberduca, and she was always willing to make time to meet me and answer any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the buying process, Victoria was very willing to work with my budget and show me what different options were available. I never once felt overwhelmed. I love my new Ford Edge!

Randy Knowles

Randy was very helpful keeping us informed as to the status of my 2017 Ford Fusion SPORT, which needed a new cylinder head. Seems the original had a manufacturing defect. Having purchased this vehicle from Kayser only 2wks prior to the defective head being diagnosed and leaving the engine inoperable. It took 3 wks. for the replacement head to reach Kayser and 3 more weeks to do a very extensive install. This was an extremely frustrating situation but Randy held my hand throughout the long painful process by keeping me up to speed as to the status of when my car would be ready. When that day finally came, I picked up my beautiful Black Fusion Sport and drove it round trip to Florida with out it ever missing a beat. Kayser's service department rocks!

Great experience, no-nonsense!

A big thanks to Ed at Kayser! I?ve purchased quite a few vehicles from various dealerships and this was by far the best experience I?ve had. Ed got us the keys for a few different trucks and was there to answer any questions we had between test drives. He never put any pressure on closing the sale. Ed seemed to genuinely care about finding a truck that was the right fit for us and not their bottom line. When we were ready to talk numbers Kayser presented a fair deal from the start. The vehicle was in great condition and priced below market. They did a quick appraisal on my trade and made a fair offer the first time. This is a no-nonsense dealership. I?ll certainly visit them first the next time I?m looking to buy.

Lincoln MKX

Purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX and worked with Alfred who was just wonderful in all aspects from helping us with our selection, taking care of the paperwork and being patient with our busy schedule. The process couldn't have been more easy or enjoyable and we will definitely be visiting again when it is time for our next vehicle.
