I recently purchased a vehicle from Kayser Ford and my salesperson, Viktor Lazdovskis, was the difference. I'd spent a couple of weeks looking closely at trucks at three different dealerships. My story begins when I found the vehicle I wanted at a great price. I had a very good sales experience (no pressure, no upsell, just an honest interaction) so I bought the truck. A few days later I had some issues (electrical) with the truck and ended up going back to the dealership. Viktor and Kayser Automotive took the truck back and helped me find another vehicle that met my needs. I appreciated the way they stood by me, worked with me and made the situation right. It would have been easy for them to say "sorry, that's not our problem," but that's not the way they do business. I would recommend Mr. Lazdovskis and Kayser Automotive to anyone looking to be treated fairly when purchasing a used vehicle.
