I had a 9:30 appt.
I had a 9:30 appt. for an oil change and new tires and wiper blades. Because the car was over 55,000 miles we decided to change all the fluids and filters. I was told the car would be ready by early afternoon. They drove me to my house and then picked me up to get it back. I arrived at 5:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed. That was my day off and I had so many errands to run to. Even when I get just an oil change I have sat there for 1.5 to 2 hours. I actually sat in the lounge for an hour one time before they took my car in, and I had the first appt. of the day. The only reason I go for the oil changes is because I had prepaid for them when I bought the car. The staff is very friendly, but the service is terrible.

took my trax in to have an oil leak fixed. The service writer John verified my repairs would be covered under my warranty. The team made sure i got to work on time, and called me to update me on repairs through the day. I am sooo happy i chose Randy Wise Chevrolet!

Car leasing family style.
We were looking to trade in our leased Jeep for a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. Our Sales rep George Hetzel was awesome! Got us the exact Trailblazer we wanted, with all the bells & whistles and our GM discount, the very same day! Then 2 days later he helped my daughter lease her very first new car! George had everything set, so all she had to do was sign the papers! She drove away with a brand new Chevy, Equinox with all the latest tech features! So if your are thinking about buying or leasing George Hetzel is the man to see!!

Absolute nightmare of a service department!
Absolute nightmare of a service department!! The whole business sucks xxx!!! They will never get my business again!! Bought my car October 19th, 2022 and as of today (1=11=23) they have had it in their service department since 12=14=22, just keep getting blown off!! I hate them and every single person that works their!! Most incompetent business I have ever dealt with!!!
