Excellent Customer Service

Todd H in service is amazing. He always gets my car in on my schedule and makes sure its road worthy before I leave. This last visit, I stopped by to see my friend and sales man , Nate B from Used sales, who I bought my car off. He offered to wash my car after service, and threw in some air freshener after a mouse got in my cabin air filter. I love this team at the Chevrolet Store! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Avoid like COVID 19 they are sick

OMG 😳 Bait n switch Every scam you can think of they used , first they offered us a vehicle so we took it for a test drive it was used and filthy discusting inside they just got it in on a trade and we were looking to get something cheap ,so we took it for a test drive and brought it to Mr muffler they looked at it and said the noise was from an engine mount that was busted other then that it was ok, so we let the salesman know the noise wasn't much of a deal we will take it, the game started right then when they realized the noise was a simple fix, the game behind, the next thing you know there computer system was down for the rest of the day , the next morning there telling us someone is coming to test drive the car we wanted and we can't have it, two days later they reposted the vehicle for a thousand $$ more , so I posted up everything on a review, instead of someone from Pierson Rd calling another manager calls from Clio Rd gives me a line saying the owner don't like bad reviews what's up, I told him the story he verified it was true, and said take the review down I will take care of you, so I took it down and got ignored waited 6 weeks reposted the review, the manager calls back says they are sorry please take down the review they would take care of us, so I took it down 8 months later still no phone calls back , I called several times and was told we have nothing, well the reviews staying up thanks for nothing Happy Holidays

Don't buy from them

Horrible liers!!! Sold us a vehicle we had to get fixed 2 days after we got it. Asked them to check it out. They refused. Came up with every excuse. Been fixing the vehicle literally since we bought it. Can't get ahold of them to discuss anything. Crooks period!!!!

AC Repair

Service department went above and beyond to repair my AC. Had to keep my car, and provided a loaner. Great Service.

Darcy never called me back after I went there twice to

Darcy never called me back after I went there twice to look at cars. They even ran my credit. At least they could have called to let me know what was going on. Didn’t return my calls or email!!

My daughter and I purchased our vehicle from Charles Johnson. All I had to do was call Ms the next day he had a vehicle for me to test drive. I’m driving it now. He’s the best!

auto repair

The work was completed in a timely fashion. The work was actually done ahead of schedule. The inside of the vehicle was kept clean, as well.
