We are very happy with the recent purchase of our 2015 Buick Enclave. We love the car and received great service from Tim Johnson. He found us what we were looking for and he had it ready for us the next day. Whitni Berry was the first to follow up after I inquired about a newer Malibu. Out of all the other dealerships in the Genesee County area, she was the quickest and the most efficient at initial communication. I arrived and she personally greeted me and set me up with Don Srda. I have horrible credit and they said they could get the deal done, and they DID. The transaction was quick and my new car was perfect. Clean and full of fuel and I did not even have to ask for them to do anything to close the deal. They knew my financial situation and treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend driving to this part of town instead of the larger dealerships cannot compete with the level of service Randy Wise offers. The price on my new car was the same as all the other dealerships. Upon closing, I was not pressured into buying anything extra or talked into something I was not comfortable with. Found a Sonoma online. Whitni Berry answered my email quickly and went the extra distance to make sure we had pictures that accurately reflected the condition of the truck. When we arrived she came to greet us, and handed us off to Don Srda. He was very helpful and honest in his appraisal of the truck. We wrote a check and left with it in short order. Excellent customer service!
