I recently came into Randy Wise for service on my 2003 Mecury Sable and had an amazing time! Everyone was extremly friendly and helped me with any questions I had. I am going to make this my permanent place of service based on the quality of work and how quick they were to diagnose the problem and fix it.

I have had such a great experience with this dealership, they go above and beyond any other dealership I have dealt with. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Tim Johnson since 2009. Tim is very knowledgable and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect when I pick up my vehicles. Tim also makes sure I understand all the options and how they work. I have brought my vehicles in for service and the service department is fantastic. The personel at the Randy Wise dealership were very professional and personal. The service and parts department were very helpful. The parts manager came out to verfiy that the replacement part was in working condidtion. The showroom was in mint condidtion.

The service is still great, even though I bought my car two years ago. Byron & Duane are always there to assist me whenever a need occurs or arises. Most car salesmen try to take advantage of women. Not them. When I first bought my car Byron listened to me and then he told me what car he thought would be best for me as far as warranties etc. I'm so glad I listened.

Great service while I was getting my new car and great service after I picked it up. I looked at many different kinds of cars but found that this place had the best selection and the sales staff knew the most about their product they were selling. Thank you for everything.
