Worked with Josh on getting set up with a new truck.

Worked with Josh on getting set up with a new truck. He was very helpful/straightforward and answered all the questions I had/was very patient while I made my decision about the truck. Overall everyone I worked with from Josh (salesman) to Ryan (sales manager) to Keith(business manager) were all extremely friendly and helpful!

I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls.

I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls. When I went in the told me it would take about an hour for the repair. I was there for 3 hours. No one ever came to me as I sat waiting for the repairs to tell me it would be longer. After 3 hours they told me only one repair was done as the other parts for the other recall were not there. You would think once they realized it would be much longer someone would have said something to me or offered a ride home. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything.

Had an appointment for 8:30 this morning for a undercarriage rattle. Got called at 4:20 p.m. that they haven't got to my truck yet and if I leave it, they will get to it in the morning sometime . This is bull.

Josh was fantastic.

Josh was fantastic. Transaction was smooth and went as expected. He was mindful of our budget and got us a great lease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend you stop in and ask for Josh if you are ready for a new car!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan at the front desk. While fine words doth butter no parsnips, kindness was ample in the words weaved throughout our interaction. She was great to work with and her personality and charm was nonpareil. 10/10 recommend.
