The head sales manager is remarkably unprofessional.
The head sales manager is remarkably unprofessional.. The sale agent was dishonest with me. When I called the sales manager to discuss my concerns he was very rude and dismissive, and basically indicated that I should not have relied upon the sales agent to be truthful. My family has bought many cars from this dealership in the past and do not intend to do so in the future.

We can't say enough good things about Romano Subaru.
We can't say enough good things about Romano Subaru. Our purchase was made online and the car delivered to our home which is about a 2 hour drive from the dealership. The entire process was much easier than going into a dealership to purchase a car.

Bought a 2021 cross trek nothing but problems repair shop rude talk down to u never can find the problem have to contact Subaru to get anything covered buyer beware it’s one thing to buy a car but u need good repair shop.

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with!
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! Save yourself and go to another dealership to buy a car. They lie, don’t honor their word, talk down to you, their paperwork is messy and they hurry you up, claiming they have another client so you can’t read the paperwork which is not what you agreed to prior to him filling out his greasy paperwork! They are snakes and the man I dealt with made me feel very uncomfortable, talked down to me and was extremely disrespectful to me not only as a customer but as a woman! No man should speak to a woman in such a manner! I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your car buying needs! Worst car buying experience of my life and I hope no one else gets robbed and treated the way I did!

My new to me car
This was my first time buying a vehicle from Romano Subaru. It was very good from beginning to end. My dad had leased his last vehicle from Romano Toyota, so all I heard were great things. It was a very smooth process. I had just a couple spots to be addressed on the body of the car and my salesman Joe R was awesome and handled them for/with me.

Upon speaking to her one day she turned us over to Scott Stocking who called my husband within two hours and asked if we would be interested in a lease that was turned in with only 20,000 miles on it. .We now own that Subaru and Scott was more than helpful to deal with in the purchasing of it We appreciate Romano Subaru and hope to do business with them in the future!!! Uncommunicative, Unresponsive, and Uncaring,
In my entire life I have never ever been treated so badly when purchasing anything. This is NOT how a business should be run. All I needed was a sincere apology and better communication from Romano Subaru. Instead I was met with confrontation. We know there are aspects of any business that are out of their control, but you should treat your customers with respect and decency, not blame and vague delayed answers. Telling the truth is not a threat Borzou Razmjou, it's the right thing to do. You could have fixed this deal but you chose this path instead. I hope it was worth it. If you, your family, or friends ever think about doing business with Borzou Razmjou and Romano Subaru, you should think long, and think hard about their values and what they truly stand for, because it is most certainly NOT the customer.
