On 7/24/2023 I traded my vehicle 2016 Jeep Compass for

On 7/24/2023 I traded my vehicle 2016 Jeep Compass for for a vehicle at Bill Rapp Buick GMC, 2013 Chevy Malibu. I was promised a safe, working vehicle in my purchase. After purchase, I had vehicle inspected by certified mechanic. The vehicle showed rotting/leaking shocks, major oil leak, and rear structural damage. Was never told of vehicle being in an accident, but their body repair manager Craig looked it over and said yes its clear its been in an accident. Dealership repaired shocks, but vehicle had to be serviced 3 times with oil leak, and no fix to structural damage. Every month since purchase, the vehicle has been back into their service for numerous issues, some with repeated issue. I will get car back and within two weeks another issue happens and car has to go back into service. On numerous occasions I have asked General Manager to take vehicle back and return my money from purchase but they refuse. Was only offered to trade back car for street value price of vehicle in which is not even close to what I'm making payments and amount I owe to General Motors. Was only given another warranty to keep my mouth shut after I informed General Manager Rebecca Choquette of my intent for legal action, she states to me "there is no magic ball to predict when issues of a used vehicle may arise". If only I had a magic ball prior to coming to your dealership! And yes, used vehicles will have issues, but every month right after purchasing??? My employment involves transporting a young disabled female in which my employment has been in jeopardy as each time the check engine light comes on and car has issues she has been in vehicle with me. As a matter of fact, just recently during transporting her, the engine light came on(just got the car back two weeks prior from service) and my client was in vehicle when I had to take vehicle to their service and demand a loaner to drive. Before arriving there, I called and left a message for GM Rebecca, and General Sales manager Kyle Moon to please call me. They never did. When I arrived I told Service Advisor Sully to please tell Rebecca and Kyle whom he confirmed were both there, I wanted to talk to them, but they would not come out and speak to me. As me and my disabled client stood at service counter waiting for a loaner car, the Service Manager Mr. Andrew Decarolis stared out of his office at me, and not once would come out and speak to me even though he knows this vehicle has been back to his service department every month since purchase. I'm also NY State Disabled and I feel this vehicle is not safe, jeopardizes my employment and I have not had any enjoyment of vehicle since purchase as it has been in service every month since purchase although I'm making payments. What kind of business is okay with this???

Fast courteous service

This dealership provided fast courteous service. The facility was neat and clean. The staff were knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain things. The purchase of my new car was smooth without any high pressure sales. Every staff member was personable and introduced themselves. I am already looking forward to ordering my next new car from this dealership!
