We were sold a flood vehicle with no record on Carfax

We were sold a flood vehicle with no record on Carfax only to discover it after the purchase with inspection by two mechanics. The dealership washed their hands knowing they sold us a totaled vehicle from Canada. Don’t do business with this fraudulent dealership.

Mazda is an incredible manufacturer.

Mazda is an incredible manufacturer. No other manufacutrer comes close. Seacoast maza id the opposite of that. Service techs, writer, and manager do not understand that different mazda motors/platofmrs take different oils, and that Mazda enthusiasts cannot be fooled by saying "well, the cost of oil has gone up." Over the years they have been putting wrong, synthetic 0-20 oil in my 12 speed3 which takes 5-30 conventional. This is not a skyactiv motor. I have all paperwork showing they have done this ,and my concerns have been rebuffed every time. Regularly my vehicle has left their shop after inspection with straight up disconnected components, mis-mounted wheels. Many times now they have ordered base mazda 3 components and not told me this until I ask about the severe delays and increase in cost. I have paperwork showing all of this. Do not have your vehicle serviced here, they do not understand Mazda's other platforms. When challenged with this, they will say things like "well, we only have one line item for oil changes" " We only have 0-20" "ALl mazdas take 0-20". On the sales side, I have been chasing a 21 RF they had in stock for a week. Kept asking to put a deposit, go look at it, BUY it with cash. I asked again the availability this passed sunday, and Mike told me it was sold despite still being in transit/repair stages. I will be seeking reimbursement for my mis-librucated engine over 5 years, all which is backed up by their paperwork, and will make sure all my friends and family in the car community avoid this place as they do not adhere to mazda's values and core culture.

After speaking with seller, I drove 4 hours to buy the car. After arriving the car was already sold. I felt lied to and played with. That's not the way to do business. They could of called me so I won't have to take the long trip. They lied to me so they could try to sell me a more expensive car instead of telling me the car was sold. No consideration what so ever. Bad for business.

Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Took a very long time waiting for paperwork to process. Drove off in new vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. No follow up call from salesman. Very firm in pricing with no negotiation but not over priced

I called ahead to ask if they took the s plan offered by

I called ahead to ask if they took the s plan offered by Mazda. This is a discount given to special customers. I was told yes. A few hours later I arrived for a test drive. I then put down a 1500-dollar deposit to special order the exact car I want with no miles on it. Two weeks later they tell me that my car arrived. It was the wrong color. They never placed the order. Now my order goes in and they stop making that model year. But not before telling that they lost the order and I need to place a new one for a more expensive car. The price goes up by 2200 dollars. Next the manager said that they would honor the original price. Shortly later they said no they can’t. Also, they reneged on the s plan. Mazda offered me the s plan of 1027 dollars off the price of the car. This dealership lied and sad they would do that but three months later said they would not. The woudl only give me 500 off. Now my car is 527 dollars more because they lied plus 2200 more because of the model year change. Then I had to pick a new color. When my car arrived, it arrived at the wrong dealership and they drove it to Seacoast. The car I test drove 6 months earlier had 52 miles on it. This one that they drove had 49. Why wait 6 months and pay 2700 more to have 3 miles less on your car? I went to a different dealer a day later and bought a car. End of story. These people are not truthful and will drive you nuts. The service department is honest though. I would never go here though. Eventually I got my deposit back after they mailed it to the wrong address. They are overly friendly in a fake way but keep lying to you. Beware!

East and smooth buying process with no pressure to buy extras or the extended warranty! Brian Gordon the salesman was well prepared when I arrived at my appointment and knew all the details of the car. Would buy from them again!

Trash dealership.

A nightmare and a con. I read the reviews and most of them are very similar if not pure trash.tried to locate these buyers and obviously not able to contact. Must have a person sitting behind a computer pumping this dealership up. Government needs to shut this place down and fine them for false advertisements. Such a scheme. Look elsewhere for a vehicle. Dig deeper for the violations on this dealership and salesman working there.

Although the salespeople Mike and Ryan were nice and helpful and Mike delivered the car to us in Maine, we were not happy with the Service Dept. which prepped our new Mazda for delivery. They left off part of the rear license plate holder, scratched the bumper, when unpacking it, left greasy handprints on the visor backs, and didn't finish prepping the dash The General Manager was rude to my wife when she explained the problems and he hung up on her without resolving the issues. Also after 2 and 1/2 weeks, we have not received the financial car payment paperwork from Toyota. We think the back office and Service department could use some improvement.
