Called dealership about car was told it was their when it

Called dealership about car was told it was their when it wasn't, then was told days later by the sales manager he was going to by it for his daughter. Next day got several emails saying the car was ready to test drive when it wasnt. requested pics was now told car was on lift , and he would not be able to get pics , but would get back to me the next day with pics never did. contacted back and was now told that someone bought it sight unseen and the car was still on the lift. My question to this dealership and its managers is why so much confusion do you not have a central leader that is on top of things and can coordinate things . If not, are you lazy. I suggest you change your ways, i will never call your store again. And this is the first time i have ever tried to do business with you. Always remember just because someone is looking for a moderately priced car, does not mean that your high priced vehicles cannot be purchased by the same. Farmers track personnel unite, stay away from this dealership. You will save time and money staying away from the xx.

Took son for his first car found one had some problems they said they would fix before we bought it bad o2 sensor an it had no heat.. called back to see if it was ready an they sold it on him

I scheduled a test drive four days in advance. When I arrived the seller stated that they had sold one of the vehicles. I was annoyed at this because they didn’t even give me a call or text to let me know, despite knowing that I lived an hour and a half away. I tried to make the most of my visit and test drive another vehicle. This ended very quickly because the car wouldn’t even start… I quickly left this sad excuse for a dealership and have been receiving calls and emails from their sales team about how much they enjoyed working with me. I’m not sure what Amy Sabers did to become the sales manager, but she is doing a pitiful job. She should be let go before she runs this dealership into the ground.

All about the Benjamin's at this dealership. Bring the Vaseline! They could care less about you or your family. I am still in shock about how bad I was treated.

Another great experience

Just purchased my 2nd jeep from this dealer. All of my needs were met. The process was made very easy. Khalil was awesome!!! Very happy with my purchase

Leasing a car from Cecconi

The sales consultant Amy Sabers was excellent conducting s smooth and straightforward transaction. She bested the offers of several other dealerships without any haggling on my part. She was very professional.

Mike wolfen is a xxxxxxx

Mike wolfen is a xxxxxxx manager who lies about contract deals just to make a sale. Nvr again!!! My payments are higher then what was agreed upon. The sales people here are deceitful especially mike wolfen

Love this dealership and especially my sales rep!

Approximately 2 Year’s ago I came in to Joe Cecconi’s looking to trade in my car on something newer. I was 49 years old, bought my first car when I was 21, but this was the first car buying experience where I felt the sales person actually listened to me and what I wanted. Her name is Amy Sabers. I loved the whole experience primarily because of her excellent service and attention to detail. On January 1st of this year my son totaled his car. He’s a college student who lives and works off campus and needs a car. Amy was the first person I thought of. I made an appointment with her, went in, she and Courtney got us all set up, again Amy listened to what I needed, and within hours we were signing papers with Mike, also awesome, and driving away in a new-to-us car. A very stressful experience with the accident became a fun and exciting new step and I will continue to refer Amy & Joe Cecconi’s to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle change.
