    I am glad I finally picked a dealership where I could make the decision myself. I knew what I wanted and the saler made it happened. Julian "Pancho"... did a amazing job. He listened, maybe offer a suggestion, and kept it real. He made the experience comfortable and worthwhile. A great salesman, thank you.

    I'm from Michigan look at a 2014 Grand Cherokee vehicle was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke tires were not safe to drive on was told it was inspected... and passed inspection I find it hard to believe no one would pass those with the tread being below the wear indicators had to make it a point I wanted to see car washed and cleaned and had limited time to wait certainly glad I did not purchase vehicle I believe dealership needs to not put a trainee with a customer from out of state poor experience for him would not recommend this dealership

    VERY, VERY disappointed with this dealership. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. 1st they gave me an unsafe rental for my children and me. Next they... refused to try and get my BRAND NEW 2018 vehicle with less than 3,700 miles on it repaired under warranty forcing me to try getting the repairs covered under my car insurance. After speaking to many people in my Jeep Community a lot of them have said this dealership has done the same thing to them.... This dealership could careless once they push and get the deal of selling the vehicle. If I learned one lesson from this its DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

    I had previously left reviews about how I was happy with this dealership...well that since has changed! DO NOT BUY/LEASE A CAR FROM Joe Cecconi's!... It has been nothing but a hassel! When I was going through the leasing process they had told me that they were going to buy out my current lease that had 5 payments left and were going to pay the fees associated with ending the lease early..which they didn't and I had to cover the disposition fee! When I picked up my new car, it was FILTHY! There was dirt on the glove compartment box, in the door handles and on the rug. They said they had it detailed, but whoever did, did a horrible job! Now mind you, I have had this new Lease since the end of March, and they called me TODAY and said they needed "Proof" of my former lease...Which they had been given several times! They said they had new people in the department and my paperwork was missing...are you kidding?!? This will be the First and LAST time I ever work with them.
