Free oil changes for life is xx if you own s SRT

Free oil changes, what oil and filter are they using? Oil changes on the modern vehicles require Synthetic and a quality oil filter to go beyond most 5000mile intervals. The factory Mopar filter is good for around 3000-5000miles and at the 5k interval the filter is pretty much useless. If they use a synthetic blend, the oil is garbage as Mopar does not offer a synthetic blend as there performance division has proven that the blend is garbage.

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim

Go elsewhere

If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I highly advise that you just go to the dealership and try and make a deal. I attempted to come close enough to make the 2.5 hour drive out to possibly purchase a vehicle and they have absolutely zero interest in dealing with you over text, phone or email. They will make the process seem simple, in which getting the process started is easy, but once you actually attempt to try and counter offer their pathetically low trade in offers they will all of a sudden no longer respond. All in all I would likely just look elsewhere. Not a professional customer service experience as in over two days time I received 2 responses. I do understand being busy especially with the crazy car market, but it does not make up for the poor customer care.

My Dad got a 1320 scatpack a few months ago that didnt pass inspection, and said they would replace them and its june, and they are still giving him the run around. I was going to buy a car from there but think I'm going to look at another dealer.

Joe Cecconi’s is a family owned dealership with great sales people. They are very welcoming there and far from pushy. The lot is packed full with used and new options. I recently had an amazing and easy experience with Dino.

Antwan Moore Service Desk

I came in to get my brand new car serviced I gave my keys to the service man as I dropped it off but once I came back I noticed my brand new car dealership tag was no longer on my keys. I mentioned it to a gentleman that was at the service desk and I proceeded to leave a walk to my car, by the time I made it to my car there was a man running to me to give me another tag for my keys. He name is Antwan Moore I really appreciate the innovative he took to make sure I left happy I was so thankful for him.

Joe cecconis employee's are just rude people

Took my son to find his first car and we came across a 2014 Buick that he liked but had problems.. like no heat and the check engine light was on the code was bad o2 sensor.. so we talked to Dan the salesman and said he would have it put in to the shop to be looked at.. so I called the next day to talk to Dan but no answer so I left a voicemail. Called the next day because never got a response from Dan and still no answer.. so 3 days later I get ahold of him (Dan) car salesman an he says the cars in the shop he’s goin to check on it and would let me know.. never heard back so I called the next day no answer no response.. Friday comes a week later an I called around 9am no answer so I left another voicemail.. then my son calls me saying that Dan the car salesman left him a message an said it was sold.. but Dan just told me it was in the shop getting work done on it.. so i called kinda upset about the situation an no answer.. Dan finally called me back n said sorry the car was sold over the weekend n there’s nothing he could do but ask if I would like to come look at something else no u just sold the car I was talking to him about for a week now n joe cecconis just turns around an sells it out from under us.. n they said it was my fault because I didn’t put money on it to be held.. I’m not putting money on something that needed work an I now how it works they shut the check engine light off a quick fix n get it out.. but to be sold behind are backs n then them call an say it’s my fault an want to argue about the situation.. they have no costumer appreciation / they sure do not now how to talk to costumers no respect even there car shop employees have an attitude prob.. they just don’t know how to talk or treat people (costumers) so sad I’ve done plenty of business with joe cecconis I’ve even sent family members there to get vehicles.. they have gone down hill it’s like no body wants to do there jobs there it’s always bothering somebody when you bring your vehicle in or looking to buy one.. no body can be bothered just not right not happy costumer
