Couldn't Be Happier !!!

I recently purchased a used 2013 Town and Country from Joe Ceccone Chrysler. My sales person was Pancho. He was excellent. He was not only extremely friendly and courteous but made the whole buying experience stress free. After telling him what I was looking for he immediately showed me exactly what I wanted with all the bells and whistles. Pancho made himself available to me throughout the whole process and was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Pancho for making what is normally a stressful situation into a breeze!!

I always get wonderful service from poncho every time I need anything or to get a new truck he is the most helpful person he is the kindest guy ever he will always help you no matter what you need done or to even answer a question he will he is the best

Always get exactly what I want there!!

This is my 3rd purchase with the salesman Poncho. He is excellent! He always finds me the SUV that I want, with the payment that I want, AND all of the bells and whistles I want in each car. If I ever had a problem or an issue he took care of it and did so quickly. When you come in he is always up front and honest about the price and what they can do for you. Which saves time because you dont want to get jerked around when you are car shopping...you know what you want and you know what you can afford...and they help you find it. I love my new Wrangler Unlimited!! It is beautiful inside and out and poncho made it happen! I have sent a few people to him and they had a great experience also!

Leased my first vehicle

My family has been proud customers of this dealership and of Tony Ricco for many years, and I am more than pleased with the service provided. Tony and Bob Barba were willing to work with my budget and helped find me my new Jeep at a great deal. Tony was very personable and made sure I knew everything I could about the vehicle before I left the lot with it. Highly recommended!

6 and counting

I just bought my sixth car from Cecconi's and its always an easy in and out purchase. Poncho has been great the past two years servicing me as well as assisting in previous years. Having the ability to contact my salesman at anytime and he always calls back within an hour is great service. I recommend a lot of people to Cecconis, my father bought a vehicle from them too and he doesn't even live here but the easy financing help and sales convinced my father to purchase away from home. Also want to thank the family of Cecconis for taking care of my family when needed during the past few years that have been difficult. Poncho was always a call away for assistance and it makes my buying more cars with them a for sure thing. I wont go anywhere else. Thanks again to you Ponch!

Worst experience ever

I've never been treated so rudely. I'm a young women and stopped in looking to buy a truck, new. First I had a hard time getting anyone to wait on me. Then the man who did, let me know that a new truck might be out of my price range and to look at used. I was insulted to say the least, but I brushed it off. After finding something I liked, we were going to work on the numbers. I let then man know I'd be trading in my car and paying cash on the rest. He then proceeded to ask me how I obtained the money! Again I felt insulted and proced to leave. Ended up buying a nissan, much better experience.

I just purchased a new Jeep from Tony Ricco. I am always pleased with the service we receive from Tony. We have purchased several vehicles from him and we always walk away happy! He always follows up with phone calls and lets us know when is a good time to consider buying again.
