new car owner ana first time buyer

Process went well,but sales Mgr. needs to brush up on his people skills and talk less and listen more!!! Lets see how the service dept. does when the time comes.

Mr Lis

Beware!! Stopped to get my car inspected, they told me I had faulty parking brake and couldn't pass me for inspection, they said I would have to pay 437.00 to repair it!!! I went to another repair facility and two techs checked my brake out and tested it and found nothing wrong and put an inspection sticker on my windshield!! They are dishonest thieves!! I would never go there again!

Competitive and friendly car company

I can?t say enough good things about Cooper Kia. I love the facilities, the service and the people. It?s part of the reason we just leased our second vehicle with them; we didn?t want to leave our Kia ?family?. Great cars, great local company!

Amazing Staff in Sales and Service!!!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Cooper KIA. From both Mr. Coopers, ALL of the salesmen, the finance manager and ESPECIALLY the outstanding service department. The buying process is always smooth, pleasant and easy. We are on our second Soul and its our THIRD purchase from Coopers !! Michael in Service has been there for many years and knows his customers very well. When you walk in the door you are treated like family, he knows every name and face, what your driving and what you came in for. He truly cares about his service customers and that's what makes us come back again and again! There is no where else I would trust with my brand new 2017 Turbo Soul !!

Bruce Gleason gave me the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced. He took his time and explained to me how leasing a new vehicle works and because of that I'm leasing from Kia. He is truly an asset to your dealership.

Got a great deal on my new 2017 Forte and they took care of me with my 2010 Forte as a trade in. Rob Aider was my salesman and was great. Easy to work with
