jarrett rotert was sending distubing videos to a 16 year old then erased his facebook and blocked me and dont want to contact me i have proof and i sent the proof to your personal cellphone and you ignored me no choice but to go to the police

I worked with Trevor on buying my Ford Escape EV Hybrid and it was so easy. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions! I would highly suggest buying at Middleton Ford. They also have a fantastic work dog that is so sweet:)

I recently bought a beautiful used F-150 truck from

I recently bought a beautiful used F-150 truck from Ernest Winters. He went above and beyond by filling the gas tank, having the vehicle washed, and his promise to pay for the first oil change. He is an excellent communicator throughout the buying process. Stacey made the financial process easy and stress-free. Lillie is the dealership dog. She walks around the showroom and greets the customers. She relieved my anxiety and made me happy. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Middleton Ford. Top-notch sales, financial, and service people. I will buy from Middleton Ford in the future.

The other day I wrote a review on the deceitfulness of

The other day I wrote a review on the deceitfulness of the people at Middleton Toyota and that they sold us a vehicle that was rusted so bad that the axle and Ty rod and front differential snapped due to rust almost causing the death of my wife. We bought a warranty and it would not cover the front axle and Ty rod and front differential despite the dealershipship knew it didn’t cover rust and they did not look over the vehicle before selling it. The owner responded by saying that after a year no warranty would cover rust. This comment mislead the public that it rusted after a year. No they sold us a rusted vehicle that was rusted so bad it was a danger to us and the rust did not occur after a year from purchase as the owner misleads you to believe. No we had the vehicle undercoated when we purchased it to prevent future rust. Ironically the owner did not make any statement about that they sold us an unsafe vehicle and the vehicle was never checked before selling the car. If they did they would of found the leaking brake lines and airbags would not deploy. They did finally pay for the brakes because we forced them to pay but they did not pay for the broken airbags. What does that say about Middleton Toyota attitude towards the safety of their customers. The attorney general office consumer dept and the federal trade commission does not allow such deception by a dealership and will have to answer to them. Anyway would you trust the dealer who sold you an unsafe rusted vehicle to fix it and led you to believe it was safe when it wasn’t? xxxx no !!

Trevor made our purchase of a car from Middleton Ford a truly FUN and positive experience. He is polite, informed, and courteous. He promptly found the answers to our questions and concerns about the used car we wanted. Trevor listens and he kindly laughed at our jokes/stories, LOL. You want to have a good feeling when you make such a large purchase, and we certainly feel very good about Middleton Ford. and Trevor.

“Oil leak fixed, spark plug replaced “ that was written

“Oil leak fixed, spark plug replaced “ that was written on my bill payment sheet. Months later I found out oil leak was not fixed, spark plugs were still the original ones. I paid over $1000 for it. ( total amount was $ 2201.50) This story is outrageous. I have all documents and photos and much in details. However, I have to stop here for now.

I was in need of a vehicle that checked multiple boxes

I was in need of a vehicle that checked multiple boxes and connected with Chuck to help us find the perfect car that fit our budget. We saw one listed "coming soon" and he got it ready for me to test drive within a few days. It was perfect! Jarrett had me complete some paperwork online so when I came in to sign for the car, I was in and out under 20 minutes. Every other time I've purchased a car, it's a half day deal. Loved the experience and being a part of the Middleton Ford Family!
