Great service
I got a transmission fault alert and car wouldn't easily shift into second. When I talked to Jacob Timms he told me it would likely be a week before he could get to my car, so I was surprised to find he had set me up with a loaner when I stopped in at the end of the day. It turned out to be a blown clutch seal and my car was done the next day. I'm very appreciative that Jacob worked me into your busy schedule.

Awesome Facilities, Great Staff
We have a 2011 Ford Explorer Ltd. We absolutely love the vehicle. This is our sixth or seventh Explorer purchased from Middleton Ford. While every vehicle hasn't been perfect (as no vehicle is), the service we receive more than makes up for the minor issues we've encountered. 2011 Honda Pilot
the service was great. I couldn't come back to get the car when the finance manager was there for over a week so they made sure i was able to pick it the day I called to inquire about it. they were very accomodating.

New car purchase
Great experience We had Mick as our ales rep and he really listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to pressure ius into buying more than we wanted/needed. Jason, from the finance department went through all of the options that were available but didn't push anything that we didn't want. After we had all of the paperwork finished Mick was very thorough in showing us all of the workings of our car, right down to syncing our phones to the car. As we were preparing to leave he again told us that we should be sure to call if we had any questions or concerns about our new car. Both Mick and Jason are assets to the Middletron Ford Sales Team.
