Working with Tom was the single best car buying experience I've had to date. His level of professionalism, courtesy to myself and my family, and willingness to help me buy the vehicle I wanted are all reasons why I'll buy future vehicles from Tom. I decided to stop into Zimbrick Eastside on a Thursday afternoon with no appointment to see what my next vehicle would be. If it worked out great, if
not it wasn't meant to be. I was greeted by a gentleman who had turned around from what he was doing to ask if he could help me. Jeff Schumann took the time to let me drive different vehicles to see what I felt comfortable in. He would ask questions to see what was important to me and together we determined that maybe the Buick Enclave was the vehicle for me. Being the person I am I decided to leave and think about it. Needless to say I was back in 3 days to have my husband drive it, then back on Saturday to make the purchase. Jeff was flexible with his time to accommodate me, he took time to explain different options. Jeff has gone above and beyond to explain features and functions on my new Enclave so I feel comfortable. He is available when I have questions and if he's not will give me a call back as soon as he can. I will definitely recommend Zimbrick and Jeff Schumann to my friends and family! My husband and I went to Zimbrick to check out the new small SUVs and cross-over vehicles. We had been shopping other local dealerships and Zimbrick
was one of about five we visited. Walking into the Zimbrick showroom, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. She located a salesman to assist us, and within just a few minutes we were speaking with Jeff Schumann. Jeff asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for, and we looked at several vehicles and drove two. We found Jeff to be friendly, personable and not pushy. We never felt pressured to buy anything. We settled on a GMC Terrain and he made the rest of the transaction easy. We had questions after taking delivery of the vehicle, and Jeff quickly assisted us. This is a really good place to buy a car. I will definitely recommend Zimbrick and Jeff to all my friends.
