Recent car purchase

It’s always great purchasing a vehicle from Zimbrick Eastside. They are easy to work with and David does a great job finding what we want and answering our questions. The service department is the best we’ve dealt with our entire time of owning vehicles.

Not totally satisfied

Tony Hurtado service adviso was great, went out his way to help us. Part replaced in car is faulty and need to take to dealer again for replacing part again.

Great service writer

On time, great service writer, detailed condition report, very comfortable waiting area with WiFi and charging ports - coffee and cookies. Vehicle oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off, safety checked, washed and window cleaned all in 55 min. Sure beats crawling around under to change the oil and filter like I used to do. Plus oil is disposed of correctly. No brainer, I’ll be back.

Basic service great but for repairs go some place else

Zimbrick does fine but this is the 2nd time I needed repairs and I was given quotes for replacements instead of repairs. The items were broken cable on vent select-qouted $900 to replace; broken knobs on radio-qouted $500 to replace entire radio; tire pressure sensor not working-quoted $192 to replace & once previously center console lid hinge broke-quoted $425 to replace entire console. I went to a local repair shop and vent selector fixed for $175; radio buttons replaced for $65; tpms replaced for $72 and center console lid only replaced for $45.

Previous times

Previous times I had my vehicle serviced people took time to explain if the warranty covered my expenses. I purchased an extended warranty for $1,000 to cover any computer issues. The first time I have a computer issue I'm told it's not covered. I can tell you that didn't set well with me. I also was not happy to find out after the fact, I would be charged $153 dollars for diagnostic work and no credit would go towards the $560 replacement cost for the computer. I have always had diagnostic cost applied as a credit at other dealerships when I brought my vehicle back to be repaired. I was very happy with my past experience at Zimbrick. I told others how pleased I have been with your dealership. Sincerely, Wayne Kosbau

New tires

Working with Kyle Dodge was fantastic! He was very attentive and respectful of my needs and budget. It was obvious his talent went beyond just service. He was quick, efficient and so kind. First class customer service!!
