This dealership is always a pleasure to work with, particularly Mr. Blaine Tessmann. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, answers all of your questions well, and gives no-nonsense recommendations when considering additional features or accessories. There's a reason we keep coming back to this dealership and requesting to work with Blaine. Ms. Madeline Lemke in their finance department was also a pleasure to work with, not pressuring us to add on additional services we didn't want- one "no thank you" and she moved right along. She also worked to give us a deal on the extended warranty. We appreciated that! These folks at Don Miller East Subaru do great work. Thanks for a very easy and positive car buying experience, yet again!

Everyone i met was very helpful and friendly .

Everyone i met was very helpful and friendly .. even the staff members i wasn't actually dealing with :) It made the whole experience very streamlined and efficient for my wife and i. Purchasing a different vehicle doesn't have to be hard to get through and they accomplished that very well !! This was my 4th subaru i have gotten from them and will do it again if i need another --yes--

Have always been helpful and I did not feel pressured to make a sale which I appreciate. I wish I had more time to make a decision for the additional warranty coverage to see if it was worth while to do

I had my heart set on purchasing a Toyota, with a small

I had my heart set on purchasing a Toyota, with a small chance I might buy a Subaru. I contacted and visited several dealers in the Southeastern Wisconsin area but left almost as quickly as I arrived. A coworker bought a Subaru from Don Miller, said she loved the car, and mentioned that the staff were friendly. So, I did my research, contacted the dealer online, and explained my budget. The online sales manager responded promptly and provided several options. That same day, I visited to look at cars. The salesman, CJ, was informative and friendly, and the team made us feel very comfortable with no pressure. We test-drove an Outback and loved it. The entire purchasing process felt seamless. Buying a new car can be stressful, but it didn’t feel that way at Don Miller. I would highly recommend them.
