They dont negotiate, you either take it or leave it.There prices are more then other dealers. They don't have alot of choices in cars, no good deals here!

We brought our car into Heinrich to get the turbo on our
We brought our car into Heinrich to get the turbo on our car fixed. We were told it would be a 4-5 hour job and we would have the car back. It took them almost a month to fix the problem. First, they couldn’t figure out how to get it out of the car. Then they took the exhaust off to get to the part. They cut through the pipe that said single use only. They told us they tried to get it back on but would have to order a new one. Finally it was done. It had been 4-5 days already. We took the car, and 5 minutes later the car was smoking badly. We thought it was on fire. We ended up pulling over and calling them. They said it was too late to bring it in. They said to have it towed in and they would fix it the next day. We had to walk home because of it. My husband is a disabled veteran and that walk was hard on him. The next day they said it was because there were 9 quarts of oil in the engine that was only made for 4.5 quarts. They blamed it on Walmart. The oil had been changed 5,000 miles before and they had the audacity to say it was them. If it was Walmart, it would have been smoking for months before. Heinrich said the turbo could have gone out because of the oil!!!! They fixed it and gave it back. The next day the check engine light came back on. Guess what it was? The brand new turbo they spent a week putting in was bad. So once again, they took the car back. Several days later when we got the car back, the Bluetooth on the steering wheel didn’t work and the plastic molding under the car was destroyed. We had to pull over several times to push it back under the car so it wouldn’t mess up the tires we just had put on. We are here at the dealership getting that plastic piece put on. We told them about the steering wheel not working again and they said they would have to charge is to take a look at it. These people are xxxxxxxx who will break your car worse once you bring it in and charge you to fix their mistake. I am filing a BBB complaint against them and contacting the corporate office to complain. Stay away from here. I’ve read the other reviews and they seem to do this on a regular basis.
